Check in process , it took ages and also waiting longer to get the basic onboarding formalities sorted out ( like access and cooling system etc.. )

Check in: took hours due to issues with the phone app and rooms not available. If your phone battery dies, you can't get into the building or room. Room facilities: designed as long term rental (?) , no cooking utensils, cutlery or crockery, no toilet paper, no cleaning materials. We asked reception and you have to provide yourself. Kitchen has microwave and hotplate only. We bought cooking utensils but hotplate is induction so we could not use them anyway. Bathroom has towels supplied but no toilet paper or toilet brush? Very dirty with construction dust everywhere, clothes covered in powder. Poor painting and build of rooms, broken mirror, shower door rubber falling off, wall not completed properly with holes in it, electricians still fixing smoke alarms. Feels very rushed to complete. Air con would turn off in the night and room gets very hot, although panel still says air con is turned on. No sound proofing, could hear neighbours dog barking a lot.
