How modern and clean it was. The room had a dishwasher and everything necessary for a clean comfortable stay. Room service and gym also on premises. There was sound proofing which ensured a good night's sleep. The apartment is central and convenient.

The booking allowed delayed payment but later I received a communication that it was contrary to their policy. Lots of back and forth with the link not working and I was getting worried paying through the link. Also some confusion on check in time. I requested and thought an early check in was accepted but later on was told that it was subject to availability. I think communication in general could be improved but otherwise no issue with the accommodation itself which we really liked ! Fyi, dishwasher needs to be started while you are in the apartment as it stops when the key fob is out of its place!

The apartment was very spacious for four adults (two couples). Great amenities including a washing machine and a drying rack. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were clean.

When we arrived, both bedrooms had no power. Help from the front desk did not resolve the issue. On the second day, we found the closet with the fuse box and flipped the fuse switches to restore power.

This stay exceeded our expectations! The suite design is stunning – everything looks beautiful and modern. The room is very well equipped, with a full kitchen (great for cooking or even baking), a washing machine, coffee machine, and much more. The location couldn’t be better, right in the middle of the famous Gran Vía. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated that, since we had a late-night flight, they allowed us to keep the room until 17:00 instead of 11:00 for a very reasonable fee – a big plus.

Honestly, nothing significant – we really enjoyed everything.

Spotless clean, the whole building was so clean. The location was right on gran via, close to everything and trains. The room was gorgeous, has everything you need, washing machine, fridge, cooker, WiFi, TV. Perfect place. We took the kids and they loved it. I can't explain how clean the apartment was, everyday cleaners around in the hallways too. Staff were very helpful and friendly, coffee shops right next to the apartment, which were great for the next morning. Tho coffee is was supplied in the apartment. Apartment was so cosy. Felt like a home away from home. Rooftop was cosy and classy. Nice add on. We had a terrace, would loved to have been able to use it, tho it rained our whole trip, on a sunny trip this would be worth it.

Beds were not the most comfortable they were not awful,but could be slightly better. Also the £300 deposit is a bit steep. I don't think that's necessary and would put me off staying again. Could do with a bigger sign outside to find the apartments.

Situated in a prime location, the property offers easy access to the city, metro, and a variety of dining options. It comes fully equipped with essential amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, hob, and necessary cutlery. City view from the terrace is good.

The sofa-cum-bed was quite uncomfortable for sitting or sleeping, offering minimal support and causing discomfort during rest. Additionally, the bathroom was noticeably small, making it difficult to move around freely or store personal items comfortably.

Great location! The street is what id compare to Times Square in NYC, super busy, all day. But the noise never bothered us, only thing that woke me was a trash truck. We really couldn’t hear anything. Felt safe in the area. Great restaurants and shopping around. Near the metro. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Apartment was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed to cook a few meals and clean dishes.

This property was excellent and perfect for a weekend with the family. The living room space and dining area were a great size, much bigger than it seemed in the picture. The location was brilliant, very central for all of the activities we had planned.

No issues with the property however we had spoken to the reception staff in the morning of departure to book a 7 seater for our journey back to the airport and we were told this was organised and booked however the taxi didn’t arrive and the reception staff on at the time had no record.

Great location, clean and spacious apartment with friendly staff

300 euro credit card charge at check in as deposit is a bit excessive but having never been to the city before I’m unsure if that’s a general rule amongst hotels / apartments

Great central location with access to metro (ideal for Mad Cool Festival, as well as general city seeing) shopping easily accessible for designer, high street and souvenir and gifts. Friendly and helpful staff throughout from front of house, reception and hard working housekeeping special shout out to the guy sorting out the luggage storage, very hard working, friendly, polite and helpful. Apartments are modern with good electric sockets, facilities, fresh and clean with everything you would want to be able to support yourself while staying. (Requested a mattress topper for the sofa bed which was provided swiftly) Lots of local supermarkets of various price ranges within meters, take aways and restaurants. Taxi service if requested. Air conditioning is superb…. Altho too cold if you have tv bedroom door shut! Pool with towels for guests and the bar at the top had an outstanding panoramic view. Ideal for couples, families and groups…. :) thanks for having us! Hope to see you again!

Fridge door in apartment 8D doesn’t close easily or quietly when sharing the apartment, often meant it wasn’t shut properly….. which might mean it’s less efficient.

The location was excellent and the apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean and there was everything you would need for a short or medium term stay.

Two small problems but not deal breakers. Firstly, the lifts cannot cope with the level of traffic, when one does stop at your floor it could be full and the wait goes on. Secondly, the apartments are located next to a police station and sirens sound during the night, this may be a problem if you were a light sleeper.
