Very nice deco, in a quiet area, a ten-minute walk from a huge shopping centre. Big bathroom and very clean.

The receptionist asked us if we needed a bus for the airport and we said that we did. She asked us what time we would like to leave the hotel and we said 12, since our flight was at 15:00 oʻ clock, she agreed and made a note. On the day we left our room at 11:45 to check out, we went downstairs and we were informed by the same receptionist that the bus was picking everything up at 13:00, so we ordered an uber. Completely out of order! People who work in hotels should be able to communicate in English.

The location is convenient if you need to be near the airport. The airport shuttle was great, well organized and on time. As soon as I checked in the lady asked if we needed airport shuttle to schedule it. She asked for terminal, which I was not sure, but when I mentioned the airline, she checked for the terminal. She also gave us great instructions on how to get back to the hotel from the Puerta de Alcalá area via public transportation, which was metro line 5, bus 77 and less than five minutes walk. Bed was super comfy and shower work well without much hassle to set the warm temperature I wanted.

Shower had a some mildew and the air conditioner was a bit noisy.

Lovely hotel situated about 10 minutes from the airport. It has a sister hotel next door (less than 2 minutes walk) with full use of their facilities. The breakfast was varied and suitable for most dietary requirements. The food in the restaurant was excellent - had the best steak ever!! Highly recommend this. The bar serves hot snacks to midnight - also high-quality food. There is a free shuttle bus from and to the airport - easily distinuishable by colour and hotel name on side. Apart from the the hotel provided FREE transportation to the 2 Metallica gigs at the nearby stadium. There are taxis outside the hotel day and night for easy access into the city (roughly €20) Staff were friendly and welcoming. They were helpful at all times (in both hotels) They welcome pets as well.

There is a metro service, but it is a bit of a trek from the hotel. Only downside that I could see.

The driver of the free bus didn't acknowledge us standing there waiting and almost left without us in the airport. Once arrived we dragged all luggage inside just to find out we were supposed to go to the hotel next door (it was already after midnight and travelling with small kids). Arrived walking and carrying luggage and kids to the hotel next door and asked if there was anything to eat at that time but there was nothing at all. Asked if the cot i had ordered was in place but it was not, however it was quickly brought to the room by the receptionist. Warm in the room as well.

Customer service (for me) is key, and Axor has consistently offered the best customer care. The restaurant staff is also fantastic -- on several occasions they have prepared food for me despite closing/near closing time. The facility itself is top notch, and the rooms are peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend this hotel.

I don't have much to say about improvements, but keeping the consistent levels of service and accommodation would be more than enough as they are sincerely fantastic.

The property was lovely. The restaurant at the sister hotel was mediocre at best. The location to both downtown Madrid by public transportation and the airport was great. We took the airport shuttle to the airport and we asked which terminal to get off and the fellow told us 1 when in fact it was 4. We then had to take the airport bus to 4. They need to be accurate about the terminals since Madrid is a huge airport. Otherwise the room was great and the front desk people were nice and friendly.

I liked absolutely everything. The hotel is about 20 minutes by taxi from Atocha (train station). The actual hotel is very welcoming, very colorful, great staff and the room was incredibly relaxing. The food was fantastic from the restaurant.

Wish I could have stayed longer, but on a very positive note I will be happy to stay again next time I am in the area.

The cafeteria was to be open till 1am we were advised when we checked in at midnight June 19th 2024. When we arrived at the cafeteria we were told they were closed at 12:30am. We informed the front desk and was advised 1am was closure time.. The front desk agent called the cafeteria/bar and no one answered and received apology and advised would be advising management. No other option was provided for us to get food or drinks.

The room was lovely & nicely decorated with a really comfy bed & a lovely bathroom. Cosy lighting with aircon. Tea & coffee making facilities & an iron with an mini iron board. Complimentary large bottled water in the fridge. Really bright room with large window that opens fully meaning I could enjoy the sunshine in the room! And my therapy dog stayed with me! The airport shuttle is a huge advantage. Location close to a huge shopping mall!

Being a wheelchair user I just could not manage the lift! By the time I'd call it & try & manoeuvre my chair, the door would close. I'd the same problem getting into the room. The big heavy fire proof doors were impossible to open so I struggled but safety first is important. I'd have loved an all day snack menu to enjoy in the reception in the Feria or sister hotel next door (Barajas)

The Hotel is close to the airport and the free shuttle was very good. We had a double room with great twin beds and a nice modern bathroom with only a shower. We had a small dog. It was 20 euros extra, they even brought a dog bed and feed/water bowl to the room.

It was great for our layover stay. The location is convenient for the airport but there's not much of anything else in walking distance. There were many taxis available. The restaurant was closed during our stay because we had an early flight but their breakfast menu had options and a large eating area. The shuttle in the morning was good also but the airport was quite chaotic so we suggest an even earlier request than normal.
