Very nice deco, in a quiet area, a ten-minute walk from a huge shopping centre. Big bathroom and very clean.

The receptionist asked us if we needed a bus for the airport and we said that we did. She asked us what time we would like to leave the hotel and we said 12, since our flight was at 15:00 oʻ clock, she agreed and made a note. On the day we left our room at 11:45 to check out, we went downstairs and we were informed by the same receptionist that the bus was picking everything up at 13:00, so we ordered an uber. Completely out of order! People who work in hotels should be able to communicate in English.

Location and service was great Shuttle but was excellent just arrived found it directly

The recipient told me that my reservation with our break fast while I already paid on booking it included break fast but after 4 minutes she saied yes your reservation with it but did not understand why she saied that Also she asked for my credit card details and had it while I already paid the booking on booking web she saied for mini bar or any thing at hotel while the minibar is free and the hotel have not activities to use it this was strange a little did not meet it before at any hotel or country

Very clean hotel. Staff were great. Hotel very much geared up for individuals on the go with plenty of areas to access media and wifi. Bed super comfortable and tv in the bedroom allows screen mirroring and Internet.

My booking gave me free parking with an open ticket. Unfortunately, the sister hotel which looks exactly the same is next door. At night, I managed to park in the next hotel with the same exact layout out and go straight to my floor. Thankfu, ly the numbers don't match and it was when we went to reception we realised it was the axor Berenjas. Reception let us out of parking, seems it's a common mistake

Maybe my favorite hotel in Madrid, because it is SO QUIET, even the sheltered entrance makes me feel at ease after a long day of travel. More than once, the flight crew from my inbound flight have checked in alongside me and I understand why they choose this one: for a hotel near the airport, it is exceptionally quiet and private feeling. I love the vibe, there are some odd little lounge rooms with fun furniture here and there, if you need to have a short meeting with someone (but not in your room). The airport shuttle bus is great, especially early in the morning.

I've never found fault or had a problem here, the standards for an airport-adjacent hotel are higher than in some hotels along the airport road (though it's not the cheapest).

The hotel was very clean and looked quite new, which made a great impression. The bed was also comfortable and spotless. We arrived after midnight, but check-in was smooth and without any issues. There were two employees at the front desk who were very helpful.

There were just a few small things I didn’t like. One was the hairdryer—it only worked for about a minute before turning off automatically, which made it basically unusable for drying hair. The other issue might be more personal, but I noticed there were no serviettes provided, and the toilet paper was the very thin, low-quality kind, which I personally really don’t like.

The location is convenient if you need to be near the airport. The airport shuttle was great, well organized and on time. As soon as I checked in the lady asked if we needed airport shuttle to schedule it. She asked for terminal, which I was not sure, but when I mentioned the airline, she checked for the terminal. She also gave us great instructions on how to get back to the hotel from the Puerta de Alcalá area via public transportation, which was metro line 5, bus 77 and less than five minutes walk. Bed was super comfy and shower work well without much hassle to set the warm temperature I wanted.

Shower had a some mildew and the air conditioner was a bit noisy.

Lovely hotel situated about 10 minutes from the airport. It has a sister hotel next door (less than 2 minutes walk) with full use of their facilities. The breakfast was varied and suitable for most dietary requirements. The food in the restaurant was excellent - had the best steak ever!! Highly recommend this. The bar serves hot snacks to midnight - also high-quality food. There is a free shuttle bus from and to the airport - easily distinuishable by colour and hotel name on side. Apart from the the hotel provided FREE transportation to the 2 Metallica gigs at the nearby stadium. There are taxis outside the hotel day and night for easy access into the city (roughly €20) Staff were friendly and welcoming. They were helpful at all times (in both hotels) They welcome pets as well.

There is a metro service, but it is a bit of a trek from the hotel. Only downside that I could see.

I truly appreciated being able to check in early! and the free shuttle to and from the airport! Gracias😊 Additionally, the two emails I sent were answered in a timely fashion with accurate information.

The shuttle driver did not speak English. I am able to speak/understand some Spanish. Fortunately another guest was able to translate. It wasn’t horrible and I understand but it was frustrating trying to understand what she was telling me until the kind guest interpreted.

Customer service (for me) is key, and Axor has consistently offered the best customer care. The restaurant staff is also fantastic -- on several occasions they have prepared food for me despite closing/near closing time. The facility itself is top notch, and the rooms are peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend this hotel.

I don't have much to say about improvements, but keeping the consistent levels of service and accommodation would be more than enough as they are sincerely fantastic.

The driver of the free bus didn't acknowledge us standing there waiting and almost left without us in the airport. Once arrived we dragged all luggage inside just to find out we were supposed to go to the hotel next door (it was already after midnight and travelling with small kids). Arrived walking and carrying luggage and kids to the hotel next door and asked if there was anything to eat at that time but there was nothing at all. Asked if the cot i had ordered was in place but it was not, however it was quickly brought to the room by the receptionist. Warm in the room as well.
