Everything was brilliant! The ideal property to relax and enjoy every moment. A daily schedule is set up for residents and you may participate in any you wish, your day is guaranteed full. The personnel is very kind and willing to serve you. Anything you might want to share for improvement you can visit the customer service at place. In general the facility is very organised and everything is on schedule . The operations are running smoothly and discreetly without disturbances. In two words, Just Amazing.

Hotel staff are at the top of their game - efficient, friendly, and clearly customer-focused. Our room was upgraded to a cabana, which provided a beautiful view and dedicated lounges. The room was well appointed, comfortable, and extremely clean. The pools are gorgeous, restaurants excellent, and amenities plentiful. I also appreciated their dedicated app for guest services such as housekeeping, ordering room service (directly to your lounge chair), and other items. Truly a four star experience.

Nothing - this place is a gem

The staff was always helpful, we felt welcome and taken care of. The food was sensational at breakfast, lunch and dinner, we had a Cypriot meze meal and it was very nice. The pools were great, both the large outside pool and the kid pool, but especially the inside pool which gave us an escape from the sun. The beach is just down the stairs, a nice and quiet beach, great to see the sunset. The hotel is right next to the bus stop which was an advantage for when we went to Coral Bay or Aphrodite's Rock.

A confusion in the booking had us staying in a lower quality room for two nights, but the staff went above and beyond to make amends, giving us an exceptional room for the other 6 nights, while also including lunch, as we reserved only breakfast and dinner.

Impeccably kept hotel which is a little aged around the edges - the staff efforts more than made up for little things with the hotel’s infrastructure which cannot be helped but you can see show it is aging a little. Nothing was too much for any staff member. They made the visit, as did the canny booking system for sun beds which was excellent.

It wasn’t a dislike but it’s clear the facilities are of some age and it’s hard for the hotel to cover this completely - some towels were a little threadbare one day, for example, but they were clearly noticed at room change and swapped out, showing the attention to detail from the staff. It’s clear lots of people go back and back to this hotel and it is easy to see why - it’s comfortable and you feel at home, so this makes up for the genteelly elderly building the staff are working with.

Our stay met all our expectations and more - the hotel has a comprehensive range of high-standard facilities and is in an excellent location on the sea front, within easy walking distance of the harbour along a flat promenade, It had a very high standard of service without being too intrusive and was very efficiently run with a large number of very friendly and helpful staff to cover all our needs. The buffet breakfast and dinners were excellent and there was a nice touch of having live musicians on piano or bouzouki & keyboard to accompany meals or when relaxing in the large and comfortable hotel lounge area.

Our only issue was that our room was above the bar, which had entertainment every evening, so that there was some noise in the room while that was in progress. However, the entertainment finished by 11pm at the latest every evening, so it didn't cause us any serious discomfort.

Very good hotel! We stayed for 3 nights during our road trip in Cyprus and we weren’t disappointed. When you arrive (if you have your own car or rental car), be careful because the gate to the parking lot isn’t very clear and we were expecting a big sign with the name of the hotel but there isn’t one, so follow your GPS and drive slowly not to miss it. We would like to thank the receptionist and the staff at the buffet who let us have dinner on our arrival date, because dinner is open until 21:30 and we arrived at exactly that time due to a flight delay. The location is great. You have the inside and outside pools and a small but pleasant beach in front of the hotel, and you can walk along the coastline to the city centre or to other hotels. We went to the Archeological site on foot from the hotel and it’s a very easy and beautiful walk. Sparking of the outside pool, remember to first go to the kiosk (no one explained us this), because you just can’t take any sunbed that looks to be free upon arrival. There’s a booking system, which is ok in one way, as you can be sure to get your sunbed available, but at the same time you can’t easily switch places if you need for example to find shade elsewhere. We saw several sunbeds that looked free and we couldn’t use them. I would honestly change this system. Also, one thing to be aware, as it can be dangerous: the two running machines at the gym were malfunctioning. The buttons (only through a touchscreen) didn’t respond and I couldn’t slow down during my run. I tried to dry my fingers and the screen from the sweat, but it happened several times on both machines and I had to hit the emergency stop button which stops abruptly the machine. Maybe it was an isolated incident, because the following day I tried again and it worked fine, but something to be aware of and do the proper maintenance. Apart from these hiccups, everything was excellent.

Problems with the running machines at the gym

Room is spacious, breakfast has a great variety. Stuff very friendly and went over the top to help with a problem I had (Maria from reception desk). All the people working at the hotel tries to make you feel welcome and special. I suggest you take the sea view room as the views are amazing. Everything was clean spotless. Dinner also have a great variety with themed nights around a certain kitchen of the world.

Some of the themed night dinners, BBQ for example, but the meals are not representing the style (salmon, asparagus told to be in truffle mayo, but was only steam cooked with no sauce)..but that is really not a problem, as all was pretty delicious.

Excellent location, very clean, staff friendly and attentive, excellent breakfast, speciality in-house Garibaldi restaurant is first class but hard to get into. (Half and full board clients can only go once a week). Spa good, indoor pool good. Excellent bus route with stops at the hotel (including public bus to the airport for 2 euros). Lovely coastal walkway to the harbour and beyond.

Evening main restaurant food was luke-warm and dry. Mass catering. (They advise asking the staff to microwave your meal to warm it up, so clearly it's a known issue). Plenty of decent restaurants nearby. I would stay again but on B&B (but give the Garibaldi a try for a treat).

Highly Recommended Stay! Our experience at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The service was outstanding – every staff member was friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. The rooms and all public areas were spotless and well maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Every little request was handled quickly and with care, which made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place that pays attention to details and offers true hospitality, this is the hotel to choose!

1. The staff made our stay exceptional. They were all very friendly and helpful, always smiling. 2. The cleanliness of the hotel is top notch. Everything is cleaned every single day, even the handles one uses to go down the pool. 3. The breakfast was very good. There were many choices to choose from and all kinds of eggs made on the spot. We didn’t encounter the problem of waiting in line because we used to have breakfast early. 4. The spa is nice. The therapists are professional, especially Dianna, who I booked my deep tissue massage with. It is a bit pricey but worth the money. 5. The pool area is nice and clean and you are allocated sun-beds for the whole stay. For each set of sun-beds there’s a QR code that one cab scan to get the menu of the pool bar and order online. There is also an adult-only relaxation pool. 6. The gym is ok. It has basic equipment but not so professional. 7. The entertainment program was fun too. 8. Dinner was of a different theme every night - cypriot, italian, oriental, indian…. 9. The location of the hotel is wonderful, right at the beach and the main promenade of paphos.

1. Some equipment at the gym was rusty and should be changed. Also, more equipment should be added. Actually, to my surprise, a lot of people were using the gym. 2. The furniture in the room was a bit outdated and definitely needs renovation. 3. The kids club allowed toddlers ages 3-12 and there was no single place for children younger than that to play. I personally struggled with that.
