Listen. I do not ever write reviews, but this one deserves it. I am a solo budget traveler. I don’t spend much, so my expectations are very low. But wow, this booking blew my mind. Cheap, clean, and convenient. The bed was comfy, room was spotless, and front desk was pleasant. Solid 10/10.

Only slight downfall is that I was given a room directly across from an outside entrance that just so happened to be where the dog relief area was. I heard the door open & shut early in the evening, but as I was getting ready to sleep the frequency diminished significantly. However, this did not interrupt my rest since I tend to be a heavy sleeper.

Overall, my experience was good. The room was clean and staff were friendly, there wasn't much noise, and I slept well.

The room was pretty dark with the curtains drawn and the overall appearance of the room was just okay.

The staff went above and beyond to cater to my needs and bent over backwards to help me out and allow me to get ready for an important last minute unexpected meeting. High praises to all of them they stepped up and knocked it out of the park.

Been spoiled on a memory foam bed for to long going back to inner spring mattress was rough.

Excellent customer service at check in and check out , I had a slight issue and Tye the manager called me right away ( it's under new management) tye is an excellent example of how customer service should be everywhere and told me she would personally check on it and get it fixed. I will be staying there again and I think others would appreciate the brand-new comfy beds and all white linens plus better black out curtains then I had at any of the other places I stayed on this trip good air-conditioning unit's as well. A couple small things were off a little. So when I called and she explained that she has already started fixing those small issues, I had complete confidence she is. Again I will be staying there in the future and fully Believe I'll see that they are on top of it.

Staff were very helpful in accommodating. I had arrived by airplane at the local airport and was able to walk to the airport/ hotel.

The rooms are nice the staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. The housekeepers are amazing-- always so helpful and do an amazing job.

No breakfast-- prices same as other chains, Holiday Inn, Best Western, Choice, that all offer hot food breakfast. Not so much as a donut here. Then have to ask for coffee pot, cups, ice bucket--basically everything normally found in a room. Looking at reviews, people don't know to ask for these things.

Clean, comfortable, easy check in, QUIET decent pet fee, and a great little green space which made it easy for us to potty the dogs.

The coffee pots had been removed from the rooms when we were there and in the morning (7am) there was no coffee to be had in the lobby. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Quiet location off main Highway

Didnt get room on top floor due to all rooms rented to railroad company for employees working near by. There should have been some rooms kept aside for people like me to rent.

We brought our dog, Pete, and the hotel and staff were so accommodating. There was a lovely spot behind the hotel for Pete to run around and play fetch and they even had bags there to help clean up after your pet. The staff was kind and helpful. Plus, there was a very nice Safeway right across the parking lot. We would definitely stay there again!

Big parking lot ! I was driving a uhaul and towing a car. I had space to park, and pull out the next morning (I didn't have to back up! TG!!!) Very comfortable, clean and quiet room. Modern furnishings, comfortable bed! Next to Safeway ( with a Starbucks!). Registration employees were very kind and friendly.
