The food was good. The bed was comfortable. There was sufficient space in the room to spread out all of our stuff so it was easily accessible.

The floor of our room obviously hadn't been swept recently. It was very gritty, to the point that I had to sit on the edge of the bed and brush off my feet before getting in. The breakfast bar had no juice. Only highly sugared juice cocktails and vitamin water. Also, the laundry staff (two males)were carrying on a conversation so loudly that we could hear them when we left our room halfway across the motel from the laundry.

The Atmosphere was very friendly and exceptional!!! The crew in the Bistro Tiffany, and the other 2 ladies (1 was a younger gal, and the other older and worked the bar) were especially outgoing and made my husband and I feel very welcomed. The front desk was amazing too. The Beds are Amazingly soft, and the pillows to die for. I always bring my pillows because the places we have stayed out aren't soft enough, but I unfortunately forgot mine this time, but I was extremely excited about these pillows. The breakfasts were amazing and different each of the 4 mornings. They did a social get together with a free appetizer and a drink choice of soda, beer, wine, or a mixed drink. The pool, spa, and workout room Ama ING too! They have a guest laundry area to wash your clothes, but I didn't check that out. Nease's

We checked in late and received coupons for cocktails which expired at 730pm, we didn't remember that, we were traveling home from a funeral. The server was extremely rude, saying she had seen my husband in and out of the cafe several times and said he could have used the coupon any of those times. He just lost his mom and was a bit dazed so I handled all the check-in and had the coupons. Needless to say, we didn't eat there. Everyone else were delightful.

Great room, big bathroom, lots of lighting, walk-in shower and plenty of grab bars. They had sent me a message offering to upgrade my room, but I requested an Acessible room on the first floor, and that's what I got.

That I decided to eat in their bistro restaurant and waited almost an hour for my sandwich. The waitress apologized and said the chef had burned the bacon. Well, the sandwich bun was burned in places, and there was no dressing on it, either. I decided not to eat breakfast there in the morning. And their Marketplace shelves were bare except for gum and shampoo! I was told their supplies had not arrived. However, there were lots of sodas and wine in the cooler, just no snacks.

Clean, quiet, spacious. Little cafe/bar is nice to grab a quick bite or drink. Cookies at check in. Very welcoming. Real coffee mugs in the room.

Our ac/heat unit was broken but when notified staff had someone up and it was promptly fixed. My bed was very comfy but when getting in or out I felt like I was falling off- upon inspection turns out that side of the bed was tore up with exposed foam and inside of mattress material visible. But it was clean and super comfy. 🤷‍♀️

Quite frankly, the breakfast in hotels is rarely as good as a home-cooked breakfast. I’ve come to the conclusion that no hotel will ever rise to occasion to make a good breakfast. At best, hotel breakfasts are tolerable. Yet on a positive note I was grateful that Oxford Suites gave me a room with a city view (as opposed to a freeway view) when I asked for it, and they did so without a surcharge. Thank you Oxford Suites, I’ll be back!

The Pendleton Oxford Suites was by far one of the nicest, best equipped motel we've stayed in. We realize it is a small chain, but wish they were located more places. That's all we'd stay in. Most of all.. the breakfast was outstanding. We liked the breakfast served by the staff rather than everyone swarming around the breakfast area helping themselves. It may sound petty, but it is more sanitary.

The location was perfect for freeway access. The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were very polite. The room was fantastic, spacious and very clean!

The only problem I noticed was there was no fan in the bathroom, so we had to leave the door cracked to help the shower steam.

I liked that our rooms were next to each other, as requested. I like the breakfast and the complimentary cocktails.

I didn't like that the hot tub was cold the one night were able to go. We were also missing a pillow for the couch bed, which we had to call the front desk and request.

The breakfast was good. The staff was accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable.

The hallways and elevators needed vacuuming. The reception in the evening was poor compared to Spokane Valleys offerings. Just soup and crackers in Pendleton.
