Everything! The beds were super comfortable. The pillows and sheet were crisp and clean. The breakfast was AMAZING! But my absolute favorite thing was how cold our room was upon arrival. Usually we get to our hotel and have to wait a few hours after turning on the air for it to be comfortable. But when we walked in it was cool already. It made us feel special and cared for by the staff, that on such a sweltering, sunny day, they made sure even our room temp was perfect! 10/10

We arrived after getting off a rafting trip and driving 3 hours. Room was ready, front desk offered cookies and lemon water and we went right up to our room. Hotel seemed fairly new, room was spacious, clean and JUST FINE

The $25 incidental fee when you checked in seemed weird. Threw me off as the rate was not the one I was quoted. Said I will get the $25 back in 4 or 5 days

Very clean and smelled great. The room was super nice and the whole facility looked well taken care of. Staff was super nice too!

Couldn’t tell if the part of town was sketch or not, I don’t think it was. Could be a little loud at times from traffic, but not horrible.

Very clean and staff was professional and kind. We stayed here the night of our wedding because it was very close to our venue. The room was nice, great pillows and the shower was roomy and good water pressure.

What I booked on Booking wasn’t the room I received when I arrived. I had to wait until the next day for them to offer the right room and by then it was a hassle to pack the family up to a different room. The pullout bed was not comfortable.

It was a nice facility and there were nice restaurants within walking distance. Above average breakfast too!

Well, we got the end room next to the entrance/exit and could hear people coming in or leaving as the door would slam shut. Our room also faced the highway so we could hear large truck engines as they drove by or, even worse, when they used their compression engines to stop at the light.

The room was very clean. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Staff was friendly.

The street outside is very busy and noisy. The hotel did offer earplugs and other environmental sleep aids.

The size of the room, the staff were all friendly the breakfast was amazing by far the best we've had for continental breakfast

There was only one ice machine that worked on the 4th floor because everyone was getting ice there was never any ice

It's a really nice hotel, nice and clean. Breakfast was good with a wide selection. It's always nice when there is free coffee, tea, chocolate and cookies when arriving at a hotel after a long day on the road

It was clean well maintained we were allowed to check in early which was a nice they upgraded our room which was awesome

We had a bad smell in our bathroom but the staff took care of it right away
