The staff are exceptional, professional very friendly! We love staying here knowing it's extremely clean, quiet & the Staff readily go out of their way to make you feel comfortable & important!!

Restaurant/Bistro hours are horrible!! Folks (especially families) generally get quite hungry b4 5:00 PM open & the 9:00 PM close is extremely too early! We like to settle back & have a nice libation b4 turning in! The location of this proerty, even being on the main highway, doesn't have close access for other choices, except McDonald's a ways down the road.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We didn’t get up early enough for breakfast, but our friends that were in another room did and said the breakfast was good. And for us, it was the perfect location for the 2 places we had to be that night.

Only 1 thing, don’t sit the ice box and glass cups in the microwave. When the heater would kick on, they would shake and vibrate on the metal top of the microwave, we moved them. Or add a soft pad underneath them, then they won’t shake.

It was nice being able to bring the dog, the free drinks were a nice touch, and the room appeared clean.

Front desk folks were friendly, sometimes to chatty and the wait time often took quite a bit of time. I recognize the challenge in balancing service with speed, but when a line starts to form, adjustments are needed. Overall all the staff were more than friendly. The breakfast was so-so and more staff could have improved that, it was slow and not stocked/restocked, but expected with a small staff.

The staff was super friendly. Social hour was huge plus free drinks salad or soup. Breakfast was always cooked to how your liking is and of course they had their own stuff you can choose.

The WiFi could be slow at times when everyone was getting off of work. But that’s the only complaint I have. Just bring a hot spot if you really need it but their WiFi was still good enough.

I like early morning pool hours I liked the evening Bistro though we didn't get to take advantage of either this visit. Location and cleanliness.

This sounds nit picky but we could have used more accessible plug ins on BOTH sides of the bed and perhaps someday a motel will have a choice of a fat or a flat pillow but I haven't found it yet.

The staff were very helpful. The room was great. There were no loud noises that interrupted our sleep. The hotel had complementary soup and salad bar in the evening with a free drink for both my wife and I. They also had a great breakfast for all guest. It was just a pleasant stay.

There was nothing I didn't like

Very comfortable bed. Evening snack and breakfast is included. Staff was great. Spacious room. Very clean. Very quiet.

Location. Traffic has gotten really thick right in front of the hotel but not your fault. Cost is stiff. With taxes $177. You should have a REAL bartender and an omelet station for that cost.

Breakfast options was reasonable, and the place is quiet, and you feel safe. We just find some missed tiny tissue leftover on the carpet which probably got missed out during the cleaning from previous stay, but otherwise the whole family was satisfied with the overnight stay.

Probably it would be like very good vacuuming and cleaning of the room floor so that the next guest will not see any leftover particles from previous guests.

They were so welcoming, the soup and salad bar after we checked in was perfect, didn't have to spend money on dinner and it was really good! Having a place you could get food and drink right there was pretty convenient! We got up too late for breakfast but the complimentary coffee made up for it!

I was traveling with my husband and my dog on our way to Southern Idaho. This was a stop over. Staff was nice and there was happy hour with salad and soup include 1 drink. Breakfast was also included. Got to visit Hat Rock State Park, about 12 mins drive. Will stay again next time I visit Hermiston.

Was expecting to get a room on the 1st floor cause of my dog but got a room on the second floor but not a big deal.
