Cleanliness, contemporary design. Welcoming, engaging and helpful check in person in the office. The room smells good and fresh. The window opens for fresh air. Rooms have a fridge.

The pool was not open The front office was closed after a certain hour and does not open till 8 am (so no coffee or tea till 8) There were some late arrivals who therefore could not get into a room, and had to call someone to get somebody there to check people in. This caused a lot of noise in the middle of the night. No coffee machine in the rooms.

This property is a hidden gem! There are a few signs on I84 but not real noticeable. When I arrived Megan explained everything with a very kind smile, my room was a delight. Clean and quiet, everything a person needs and very charming. You can see the love put into every detail. I will definitely choose this gem again whenever I am in Pendleton.

I travel with a small dog companion, this is a pet friendly property which is wonderful but there isn’t much space for them to use.

Loved the beds! Most comfortable beds we have had in 2 weeks of expensive hotels. We usually stay in Hiltons and Hamptons and these beds were so much better! They have done an amazing job with the renovation of this motel. Very clean, smells clean and amazing (without cleaner smells) The front of house staff was very sweet.

Kind of a bummer that the pool was being cleaned and not available. We didn't know making the reservation just hours before staying. We actually chose this place for the pool and to have it not available was definitely disappointing. Especially for the price verses others in the area. We usually choose hotels or motels based on breakfast served and pools so the kids will have fun. This place had neither this time. Other than that the motel had amazing beds and service was great. Very clean! Would love a hook or two in the bathroom. Most toiletry bags are meant to hook and hang in a bathroom but there wasn't any way to do so in this one. Also no vents in the bathrooms makes it interesting for a family of four lol. Will still stay here again based on the service and beds alone!

The room was clean, and the location was great. The front desk lady and the night guy were very nice. They did not use a ton of strongly scented cleaning products like some other places I stayed on my trip.

The property is old so when the people above me woke up at 5am, the cracking of the wood floors made it absolutely impossible to sleep further. Also the tub install seems dodgy or low quality so as u shower the cracking and noise is very loud.

The location is great, the rooms have been recently refurbished and are really cute. Front desk staff are super helpful and friendly. No breakfast but plenty of places nearby and the front reception area has coffee for guests.

Shower tray looked like it needed a deep clean and the pool outside had a lot of stuff floating in it, but there had been recent storms so it was probably weather related.

We were suprised to drive through an industrial part of town to find the Motorlodge. We were pleasantly surprised to find the Motorlodge completely remodeled. Everything was new, the bedding the paint the bathrooms, the pool. It was so clean and comfortable. Well done.

As expected with a motel type lodging the walls are a bit thin and you could hear cars pulling in at night. But it wasn't that bad either.

The room was very clean, the bed was super comfy. The recent remodel of this 1950s style motel is very tasteful. They have managed to bring the 50s into the 21st Century with such a keen eye for color, decor, and amenities.

No elevator to 2nd floor, so luggage was tough. The stairs are open, which always cracks me out, especially in the dark. The upper level walkway is very slipped, which didn't inspire confidence.

the stairs are very steep and hard to see at night due to the dark stair color and dim lighting. My partner fell from the lower steps at night as the railing ended before the steps ended and the lighting at the base was dim. The staff was apologetic but had zero fist aid supplies, not even ice. He was hurt pretty badly and we had to cancel our evening plans and our morning plans for the next day due to his injuries.

Location is fantastic. They’ve done a good job updating updating and older building. Room is comfortable and serves its purpose

Older building so not much for sound proofing, can easily hear people talking outside of the rooms. The shower is on the small side, if you’re a fluffy person then it could be uncomfortable.

Excellent!! Totally renovated, super clean, trendy “Motolodge”! Comfortable beds and pillows, friendly staff in the office, zero complaints. Great location, walking distance to super restaurants and all of downtown shops. Stayed here heading south, then again headed north. No comparison to the other “budget” motels in the area. If you’re on the fence, highly recommend a stay here.
