I appreciated that the free breakfast included more than just bread, cereal and fruit like most motels. Having hot items and protein options like sausage, eggs, and biscuits and gravy was wonderful.

There was only one chair in our room for the two of us, one small table, and no desk or any other furniture beyond the beds. It seemed odd. The toilet also was barely flushing or would keep running after it flushed.

Very clean hotel. Older so rooms are larger than modern hotels but updated and clean. Front desk staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Bathroom was also large and clean. A/C worked well, beds were comfortable as was the bedding. Location just off the freeway so easy on/off but also very close to town of Pendleton where we went for food and grocery shopping.

Nothing. Was everything we expected and nothing to complain about.

I liked every room had a view; the breakfast prepared and presented by Cathy was fabulous! The hard work of keeping coffee made, everything fresh and food available- a thankless job but very well done

The towels were old and rough. When I pay $$$ to stay for the rodeo for 3 days- I think you can invest in some new towels that are not threadbare and skimpy. Your staff did a great job at presentation- but management needs to provide luxury towels if your goi g to charge luxury prices

Location was okay to where we were going to be spending time. Room was cleaner than most Best Western's we've stayed at previously so usually stay away from them for that reason. When we got home, there was a message waiting for me that they found my stainless steel water bottle that my husband set down while packing the car and then didn't pick it up. It had my name on it. Seems trivial, but it was given to me in Tanzania last year for our safaris, as they are trying to get rid of plastic water bottles and it was a very nice reminder of a neat trip.

Breakfast was nothing special, just the usual that you find at some hotels. Also, in their listing, it was not mentioned that they didn't have an elevator to the 2nd floor. I wear a brace on a leg and have to do stairs, one at a time and it took two flights to get to the second floor. I do have to admit that the check in girl tried to find a first floor room but didn't have any and we were able to check in early.

Love the bed and the room. The hot tub was needed after a long day of driving.

There weren't enough tables in the eating area. Lots of tables for 4 being occupied by 1 person. Maybe more tables for two? Price was pretty high but seemed to be that for the area.

I had a view that overlooked farmland. It was very pretty and very quiet.. My room was very clean and in good shape, particularly for being an older hotel.. was super convenient and easy to find as I broke my long drive. Breakfast was simple and edible, very nice.

The staff were amazing. So kind and helpful. The one lady that takes care of the breakfast did great. Everything was so clean and stocked.

We first were put into an ada room and it smelled like adult urine. They changed our room right away with no problem.

It was accommodating for my husbands handicap. We have always enjoyed staying at the Best Western in Pendleton.

The shower was not convenient for my husband as he was not able to step over the side of the tub.

Staff did an excellent job when we checked in and allowed me to use the breakfast area while I studied. When we entered the room the A/C was on which was a great relief for the warm day.

Coat rack near the stainless sink is too close.

Breakfast was great. Bed was comfortable. Over priced.

The pillows sucked, and the room was so damn hot set at 80 and heat when I walked in. The pillows barely had any fluff to hold up.
