The hotel is in a perfect location; the area is not huge, and anywhere you want or need to be is within walking distance. Parking is as expected; grab a space where you can. The hotel can provide parking, so it's probably best to prebook with the hotel if you don't want the extra stress of finding a space. I booked five rooms in total for family & friends, all the rooms were lovely, A/C was very much welcomed as it was 30 deg. All the rooms were lovely, with some incredible views. I want to say incredible value for money, but also don't want the hotel to put up their prices as I'd love to visit again next year! We all read some fantastic reviews about the breakfast; when I booked as it was for such a mixed group of people, I didn't book breakfast, I, wrongly assumed you'd be able to book it on the day sadly, this wasn't the case, I did catch a glimpse of the breakfast, and it did indeed look amazing. The staff were very friendly; when in France, we always try and speak French, or as best we can; the staff here, the one young lady especially (sorry, I can't remember her name), her English surpassed that of many people who have spoken it since birth.

The hotel is a split site, 10ft across the road. The assignment of rooms meant one family were split up. It's not a great issue for this group, but it's worth mentioning if booking separate rooms for children.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities required. The hotel had convenient parking (free of charge, though it could not be considered secure) The Breakfast offering is a very typical French offering which was very tasty and reasonably priced. The location of the hotel was awesome, right in the best part of town and easy to walk to restaurants, historical sights and shops and a quick drive to the best vineyards of Saint-Emillion and Pomerol.

The internet was flaky at best and non-existent in our room for basically all of the stay.

The building is fabulous and location is super. The parking is a great facility for bikes although not needed for cars. Would choose again but without brekkie.

Breakfast is less than average and yet €13 - you don’t know what you get in advance and have little to no choice. I only had bread with a 2mm slice of cheese; and coffee basically. You could get a feast for the same amount at the patisserie just in front. Interiors need modernisation - average. No mosquito nets so either you have the old and super noisy air con on, or you get eaten alive like me. Building is fantastic but it all needs a bit love.

Top notch quality, the sunroof in the toilet was a nice touch Friendly hotel staff Breakfast was exceptional Best hotel stay in the entire week in France

Nothing really Hope they will better inform guests with cars where to park in advance and drop baggage instead of us trying to drag our baggage all across the cobblestoned village streets…

Very céntralas described in the advert. Lovely room and one of the best breakfasts we’ve had at any place we have stayed in France

It said there was parking, there was and it’s only a short walk away but it also said there was charging for electric vehicles and we weren’t asked if we required that. We didn’t but for those who do it needs to be included

Location was perfect, Saint-Emilion is a beautiful town, cobbled streets and fantastic restaurants, as well as being convenient for vineyards.

Hotel is split across 2 buildings, we were not in the main building, but this building had very poor wifi (it was suggested we could go to the lobby of the main building, but this would not have been appropriate for the meeting I needed to participate in). City tax charged separately at check out which is not clear when booking - when questioned about this, member of staff as quite rude and confrontational about it.

Beautifully central location. The room/shower room was comfortable with nice design details.(except drawing of a face on the wall!) Friendly service. Lovely breakfast (extra) with good coffee, fruit, croissants, toast, excellent orange juice etc. We were relieved to have somewhere nearby to park our car which we paid extra for and reserved.

Slightly tight room space with a lot of unnecessary shelving. Better art on the wall ..( we were artists!)

The hotel has great location in the city centre. We had a small apartment in the building opposite of the main one. The apartment was very small but enough for 2 adults and one child. The price of the hotel and location was great compare to other properties in the area. I would not hesitate to recommend this place. The apartment was new and clean. We had 3 single beds, there was little shower room and separate toilet. We only stayed 3 nights. I think if we were there longer it could feel a little bit tight. Everyone was really nice and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel as we were out in the mornings.

It would be nice to have an additional mirror in the room and perhaps little extra storage in the shower room or shelf.

I liked the staff. I liked the size of the room.

The decor could have been more modern and upgraded. It would be good for the hotel to help guests arrange easy and affordable transportation to and from the train station. It's so close and yet on the way there we had a walk 1 mile uphill and on the way back we had to pay 25 Euros for such a short ride.

Lovely little hotel in an unbeatable location in St Emilion - simple but quality and good value for money with friendly staff.

Electricity went out so we had no electrics in the morning when we woke up but we were leaving so it wasn’t much of an issue.
