Very private, super good location. The room was huge, comfortable, had fridge and air conditioner and plenty of storage space for packing out of the luggage. Comfortable stay. We could leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out and pick them up later. It is right at the heart of the town!

No lift. It was a bit annoying to climb stairs in 35 degrees hot. There was a huge group of families with noisy children running around the stairs/corridors. It is not nessecarily a mistake on the hotels side, but they could have been booked a bit further from solo guests and informed about the importance of considering others in the building. Not really a negative thing on my side but a little bit of addition and advice to the managament: the fridge had a neat little boxed in space in the desk, but as good as it looks that way, it is too closed in and can't release the heat generated. This way it keeps overheating around and will have a short lifespan, it might affect electricity bills too.

Everything is close - Dobo ter as a central square, good cheap restaurant/bufet round the corner (hungarian dishes), sweets on paralel street. Very nice thermal spa.

I would recommend to add an info about parking - the hotel has no chance to solve it, you can stay on some city center street for extra money or use free parking on "Ady Endre utca" (a bit far but ok).

The position of the hotel in the city. The availability and welcome of the hotel team. We arrive late and everything was perfectly managed.

If I have anything to go for, it's the cool temperature in the breakfast room. Apart from this point which was not very annoying, I don't see any other negative aspect.

The staff was very very friendly and helpful with all our requests. The place is in a calm and quiet street, but right in the middle of the town. Every sight is within a few minute walk, lots of places to eat, and go out. Very clean and spatious too. The breakfast was plenty, and there were enough options to chose from.

The property is right in the middle of the historic center of the city, each point of interest is some steps away. The room was nice and comfortable. The value for money was excellent (we got the accommodation for discounted price), mostly essential things are provided for accommodation like clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds, minimal cosmetics - no useless stuff I don't need but should have been be payed for.

The breakfast was quite fair for people on gluten or lactose free diet. But I am still on traditional food and sometimes I was missing some butter or usual yogurt. In the breakfast room was very cold (with some extra sweater it was ok).

Most comfortable nights sleep in ages! Clean, comfortable and very central!!!

Lighting in the bathroom was insufficient.

communication via booking tricky - check in was a little awkward but only slightly inconvenient due to kindness of staff. breakfast wasn’t tempting at all but it’s the middle of town there’s half a dozen cafes and bakeries within a two minute walk.

the location is fantastic and the owner is super nice. would definitely recommend!

just a minor issue with the fridge being quite concerningly hot but we aren't using it anyway so all is fine.
