This was my first trip and I was a little scared. Because I am an Asian girl. 😮‍💨😅 My English is bad and I can't speak French. I don't understand French at all. I liked that this hotel is not far from the city center and 5-10 minutes from the train station. The room was very warm and comfortable. Everything was easy and safe 🙂 thank you

The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful with our questions and requests. The breakfast offerings were very good and reasonably priced. Probably the biggest bonus was the room air conditioner. Without this it would have been a disaster with the heat and humidity.

The receptionist was helpful, Room was comfortable but a bit cold. Overall, it is very good value for money.

The cleaner should be taught privacy, knocking before opening the door. Also, the lighting was not very clear to see the mirror in the room, I have to keep using mirror in the bathroom.

Clean, good price/quality ratio. Very friendly and helpful staff. They left free water and biscuits after cleaning every day. Far from the city yes, but good if you’re travelling by public transport (I’d recommend to buy the Paris travel card). Also, if you arrive early, the parking is nearly empty. Later in the day it was full (in the weekend). There are 2 spots for free electric charging. The neighbourhood is quiet and felt safe to walk at night.

The hotel was in a very nice location, close to public transport, the rooms were very cozy and clean. The personnel was super friendly, polite and smiling, very kind. We were welcomed warmly and kindly. If you have a night in Paris I highly recommend a hotel Kyriad Paris Ouest-Colombes❤👏😁

Spacious room and bathroom, very clean. Friendly helpful staff. Shops nearby and bakery and takeaways. Train station 5 minute walk.

I loved the breakfast. We stopped in Paris just for 1 day and that was the best meal we had. Welcoming atmosphere even we arrive nigh time. Thank you.

Some defect sink issue in the bathroom, but all together clean

The beds were really comfortable, although the rooms are quite small, the breakfast was really good and the staff were really friendly. the property is not far from the station which made it easy to get around different places.

I liked the staff most. They are so friendly and helpful. There is a free charging station for your car. There are also good amount of parking spaces. The room had 3 beds in it. It was also a great match for us.
