I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The facilities were lovely, and everything was thoughtfully designed. The location is perfect, within walking distance to all amenities, making it super convenient. The place was impeccably clean and had such a great vibe. As a solo woman traveler on business, safety and comfort are a priority for me, and this hotel truly impressed me. It felt both safe and inviting, and I would definitely recommend it to others!

If I had to pick something I didn’t like, it would be the check-out process. The hotel stated that staffed hours were from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., so I waited until 8:30 a.m. to check out. However, I couldn’t locate the reception area. There was a space I assumed would be the reception, but it was locked. I tried calling reception, but it went to voicemail, and I couldn’t find any information on how to check out in the digital information pack. Checking in was a breeze—I digitally checked in on my mobile device, which was very convenient, and received a QR code with facility details. However, the pack didn’t explain the check-out process, which left me a bit confused.

Kar-Rama was a fantastic hotel that has only recently opened and still in the process of finishing everything off. Despite this there was nothing we could fault. The communal areas are stunning and very well thought out with impeccable styling. The rooms are small but so well done that you have everything you need and still plenty of space. The bed is super comfortable and the pillows were also very good. The towels, bathroom products, and other items are all of very high quality, best I have seen in most accommodation venues. Even though it is situated on a main road it is very quiet and your night is not disturbed by traffic noise. The location is brilliant and within walking distance of lots of dining options and attractions. The staff are so wonderfully friendly and helpful. We only planned on staying one night as a quick transit stopover but loved it so much we extended our stay. Would highly recommend staying here if you are in Mildura.

Such an awesome place, exactly what Mildura had been missing - very modern, super clean, comfy beds, tons of comfy pillows, modern bathroom, true 4-star hotel for travellers. Very friendly staff. Free minibar was such a nice treat. Pool area looked nice too. Walking distance to a lot of Mildura's restaurants. Loved it and will come back.

carpets around the entry could have been slightly cleaner, but i realise that's always a big ask.

Service and cleanliness was outstanding. Complimentary mini bar was a bonus.

Reception was difficult to find. Maybe a sign by the large automatic door/window.

we loved the cleanliness and size of the room. they were brand new and very modern with fabulous amenities.

The room we booked had a terrace and this was the reason we booked the room but when we arrived we saw that the terrace was facing the main road and was very noisy.

Clean and tidy rooms. Comfortable beds. Snacks were included in the charge. Convenient location.

Pricey for the size of the room. The washbasin was in the room rather than the bathroom. The digital keys were a bit clunky to use.

Brand new hotel, staff were lovely, room was clean and spacious. Location was great on the main road there but no road noise. Car park out the front of room which is good. Had to search for reception as it's hidden, but this is a great gem

Kar-Rama was stunning. Beautiful room with a comfortable king bed and luxurious toiletries. The location was close to the river and centre of town. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

It was expensive for a basic motel room, over $400 for one night
