Best location ever! They had amazing dinners, good breakfast, offered all activities in house.

Wifi was not very stable, room was dark.

We recently stayed at Kanz Erremal in Merzouga, Morocco, as a group of four adults, a baby, and two friends. The experience was truly memorable, and we loved the stunning views—being literally in the desert was magical. The setting is unparalleled, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The owner, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay special. On our first night, he kindly brought us to an old market to buy some food, which we really appreciated. The next day, he even offered to take us to the dunes for the sunset, which was an incredible experience. Overall, this is a beautiful and unique place to stay in the heart of the desert, and the staff’s kindness and the stunning location made it an unforgettable experience.

That said, there were a couple of small issues. The blanket in our room didn’t have a cover, which felt a bit unhygienic for us. Additionally, even though we pre-ordered dinner for the second night, the portion sizes could have been a bit larger. For future guests, I highly recommend booking directly through their website rather than third-party platforms, as doing so includes complimentary dinner along with breakfast. Through Booking.com, only breakfast was included.

Nice outdoor area and pool, kind stuff. The beef tajine at dinner was delicious!!

Dirty room, very uncomfortable bed

It is just in front of the dunes! You don’t have to stay in deserts camp to have this view. The hotel is spacious and many activities are Available upon booking. Camel ride is great!

Lunch and dinner need preorder and it is fixed set menu at 12 euro per person. Not much variety.

Beds aren't really comfortable compared to the night price. And don't forget to ask the prices of the drinks before order.

Location was right at the dunes, so perfect. Pool was very cold, so could not use it, and the pool chairs were stained. Lanterns at night were not lit, so we had to ask them to turn them on. Staff was rather non existent, and slow to respond to messages, but we would stay there again because of the location at the dunes. They just need to be attentive to the outside lighting. Rooms were cosy and nicely decorated. Fresh squeezed orange juice at breakfast.

There was construction at the hotel, but not intrusive. Pool was cold and chairs were stained. They charged us a full meal, even though we just had the soup, and we asked specifically about this before we ate, but noticed the charge after we left.

Nice pool view towards the Sahara Desert and decent breakfast.

No window curtains in the bathroom and people in the public balcony can see through the window.
