I booked the hotel based on previous reviews and was not disappointed. We wanted to stay in Naples near the airport with free parking. We arrived really late (just before midnight), had an early breakfast (coffee from the machine, bread, salami, croissants etc). The rooms are spacious, have air-con and a small fridge with two 0.5l bottles of water. The shower was spacious, we got toiletries, including a emergency toothbrush & small toothpaste (great if your stuff is packed). Parking was great - we just parked outside the hotel, did not need any special instructions (codes etc) from reception. The area itself may not look safe but as we arrived by car, I cannot really comment on this.

Met our needs for a location near the airport to catch a 9:20 AM flight. Room was small but functional and bathroom clean and comfortably large. Breakfast was unexpectedly good and varied and manager opened up 15 minutes early so we could catch the 7AM shuttle (cost= €25 for 2 pre-booked). Had to take a taxi from the airport bus stop to hotel since we had not pre-booked shuttle :(…was able to negotiate a fixed price “pretzo fisso” €30 with the driver as surcharges would have been close to 40-50€ on the meter.

The concierge was incredibly courteous and helpful, offering us pastries while we waited for our room to be ready and getting it ready very quickly. Rooms have AC and the airport shuttle is cheaper and faster than taking a cab. Our concierge was happy to arrange this.

The hotel is outside the city limits of Naples, meaning if you take a cab it will be double the tariff. You are 100% better off taking the hotel shuttle to and from the airport. The wifi is also metered, so after 2 hours of use you will have to pay. It says on booking there is room service, but there is no restaurant on site.

Nice, clean towels The room smells nice In the morning there was such a smell of freshly baked croissants in the whole hotel, amazing. This is how we woke up and we couldn't wait to go out and have breakfast. Very tasty.

Some sort of very loud guests, but the hotel sorted them out quickly during the night so we had time to rest till 8 o'clock in the morning. Thanks for that.

the location - in a bad area of napoli, and if you have a flight in the morning there's no bus and you have to walk 1h to the airport in a not nice area! (I had easy backpack so was OK, but if you have big suitcases i recommend taxi which will be around 30 euros from what i understand from the hotel staff)

The costumer service is just the best, all the people were very friendly helpful and kind I reached the hotel evening time and was looking for a restaurant to take my daughter for a dinner the man in the reception offered to drop us to the restaurant and send someone to pick us up with no extra charge. There is amazing, clean tidy. The breakfast is really good with variety of choices and fresh. The great thing about the hotel location is near the airport 15 minutes to reach to the airport, I will definitely go back there when I’m in Napoli

The hotel was perfect for a night stay for airport transfer. The room was clean, modern and has a mini fridge. The staff were helpful and helped us order food from nearby restaurant. Free breakfast was nice for early morning. Having a shuttle to the airport was a bonus. Recommend for anyone to stay.

The area was a bit out of the way for food. But hotel ordered for us for delivery.

It was clean and comfortable. The concierge were wonderful. The complimentary breakfast is great. There are restaurants within walking distance (but the walk is dirty and difficult).

The taxi from the Naples port was 65 Euro. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport was 25 Euro. Nearby restaurants are difficult to walk to but they are there, so you will find food.

Everything else except location. The staff , the comfort of beds, the cleanliness. The receptionist arranged a taxi for us to the airport at the said time. We missed the breakfast as we had to leave early.

There's no bus stop or public transport nearby, I guess there is one connecting bustop near property from Centrale and the frequency of that bus is not often. We had to take a taxi to property.

I like the location because it's close to the airport and the city My checking was supposed to be at 2 pm, but I wasn't in good condition with my health issue. However, he allowed me to check in so early at 11 am, that I really appreciate it, and the staff are so kind and friendly.
