The staff is amazing! Super friendly and accommodating. Michele is a rockstar! She's the cookie queen with warm and tasty chocolate chip cookies served promptly at 6:00 PM every evening followed by nachos at 6:30. Tammy is the bomb too! She was so helpful when I needed to have a couple of emails printed out...and she has the 411 on all things local. The cleaning staff is on top of keeping the rooms clean. The property is well maintained.

My only complaint is that the cleaning solutions are way too perfumed for me. I suffer from serious chemical sensitivities. The cleaning staff was kind enough to let me borrow a fan to air out my room. It really means a lot to me that the staff genuinely cared about my comfort and had no qualms about doing their best to accommodate my special needs.

Danni was wonderful! She was working the front desk and I can honestly say she was the icing on the cake. Breakfast had more options than I expected and was really good. For the price, it was perfect and way beyond my expectations.

The bathroom appeared a little dirty. It was hard to tell if the shower head and drain were corroded from age or just needed a good cleaning. And there was an apparent dirt ring in the toilet. But these things were minor and won’t keep me from staying again. Person preference, I would say they need to upgrade the carpet floors to anything else. I just feel like it’s hard to tell if they are clean.

Every single one of your front desk employees are a joy to be around, on every shift. So friendly and kind. Made sure we had a great trip. The pool was clean and nice. And our room was clean

Our bathtub water spout was about to come off the whole thing, we had to move rooms cause AC didn’t work in original. (It was awesome tho they let us move )

We had a queen suite for 3 nights. It was clean, comfortable and spacious.

The only problem we had was the new smart TV in the room was not working. The manager and the handyman tried for an hour to get it to work. The ended up bringing up an older tv that only got a few stations a o that we could have something to watch u til the next day when there was another room available.

Great staff, very helpful

On the booking one of our rooms didn’t show up the code but I was charged by you for it and customer service kept telling the desk clerk to go to their emails that a new code would be there but it wasn’t. After about 45 minutes of this we just paid for the missing code room. We were exhausted and so no more paying before we arrive!

I stayed here because it’s pet friendly It did not smell at all It’s a good place Close to everything and I wanted to check out St Marys which is close

There were a few things that were run down that easily could be fixed Like no caps on the toilet bases. Also the air conditioner was so loud it kept me up

The breakfast was much better than expected. The room was, micro I suppose you would say. More than adequate for one person, but smallish for two.

We received the room across from the elevator and laundry room. Both were busy when we were trying to get to sleep. The view out the window was the rear of a decorative partof the motel roof. Luck ofthe draw I guess. .

We felt like they were glad we and our two dogs stayed there. They had an area in the lobby where visitors could sit and visit and had snacks and lemonade. Loved the hot breakfast. The room was very comfortable.

Room needed something different for hanging clothes and the mirror needed a brighter setting.

Front desk service was stellar - very friendly and helpful. Room was exceptionally clean - thank you Connie. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was terrific.

Exterior signage is terrible - missed the hotel twice! Sign is too low and too far from the road. We found every other hotel but this one where we had our reservation. Bait and switch with price of the room. When we went to book, price jumped $25.00 more than the originally advertised one. Carpeting in the halls and in the room needs to go - looks swept but dirty. Lots of new laminates or engineered hardwoods would give a cleaner appearance.

Location to interstate, room size, HVAC , cleanliness, breakfast, and Fresh baked cookies at 6pm nice touch.. I had to leave 2 mornings before breakfast room was open , but they had coffee ready and available . Front desk clerk was gracious and let me get coffee to go…
