Were given room as requested. Large room with two opening windows, light and airy. Large bathroom with bath, bright lighting and bidet. More than adequate bench tops in both rooms, free water bottle in fridge. Comfortable beds, quite area. Two lifts. Friendly man at reception. Good value hotel, better than most that are much dearer, would recommend.

A little out of the way for Camino walkers but not really a problem as downtown was quite close.

Breakfast was adequate - not quite the range of hot food as in similar hotels. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Room was spacious and comfortable. On street parking available at low cost.

Some public areas could use updating and carpets hoovering a little more frequently. A menu for the Gastrobar would also be useful. Our car (medium SUV) wouldn’t fit in the hotel subterranean parking.

Short walk to Old Town, about 10 minutes, v quiet, clean and comfortable bed. Nice cafes nearby. 10 minutes walk to train and bus station

Shower over bath, difficult getting in and out. Restaurant and bar closed at weekend and not well stocked when it did open .

Breakfast was excellent and room was clean. Hotel was located about 10 minutes from the old town.

Room was small and to get into our wardrobe we had to move bedside cabinet. Parking was in nearby public car park at 10 Euros per day.

Good value , huge beds, location just outside historic centre. Very helpful young woman at reception planned a quick walking route for us which we followed successfully. We were lucky enough to park outside the hotel.

Would have preferred walk in shower. Not a big deal but for older persons getting out of the tub might be an issue.

Underground parking was a nightmare , badly signed , extremely tight we scraped our car trying to manoeuvre around it , personally I would save yourself 10euros and park in the street

Comfortable beds

As I was working from the room on video. The maids made such loud bangs and noise in the hallways and room next door. I could hear them through my headphones while in meetings for work. Other than the very loud banging cleaning. Lovely stay

Met on arrival at the airport, unlike past experiences‼️It was late at night and I was greeted by a lovely girl at reception with warmth and kindness. Every comfort in my room and a good breakfast next morning.

Nice hotel, clean

Extremely expensive for what it has to offer in Aviles. Brekfast was not even included for a room price of 160 euro… this is extremely expensive for what it has to offer and it this region.

I attended the Intercelticu festival and the location of the hotel is excellent for that and also for visiting the town.

I find that the air conditioning is not very good. I have stayed in this hotel for 17 years now for the festival and it is the same problem each time. It won't stop me coming because everything else is so good at the hotel.
