I was very anxious before my trip after reading lots of negative reviews, to the point that I even considered cancelling my reservation to avoid disappointment. However, my stay at Village Nature Paris completely exceeded my expectations! The Centre Parc atmosphere was excellent, with plenty of activities to keep both children and adults entertained. I was pleasantly surprised to find some halal food options too – such as the chicken and bolognese at Vapianos, and halal chicken at Miami Miami, which made dining much easier. The highlight of our stay was definitely Aqua Mundo – it was superb, and we enjoyed hours of fun there. Overall, I left feeling very happy with my experience and would definitely consider rebooking in the future.

Arrival experience: Our taxi dropped us off at the reception desk, and we had to walk quite far with our bags. There were no buggy facilities provided unless you booked one in advance (and even then, it depends on availability). Swimwear rules: At the entrance of Aqua Mundo, security refused entry to anyone wearing long modest swimwear. By “long” I simply mean a top covering my bottom — but I wasn’t allowed in. I was forced to purchase new swimwear from the souvenir shop for €69.99, which felt unreasonable and frustrating.

Just as expected, nice forest style cabin. Basic but cute and comfy. Good key entry system.

No iron. Dog poo all over our little garden area. But mostly all was good, thank you.

This Center Parks has everything for a family vacation. The kids loved it. We did a lot of activities, playing with the animals, eating delicious food at the farm, safari rides for the kids, driving lessons for the kids, going to the pool area, viditing and playing in the gatdens, playing on almost all playgrounds. Also a very good location for a trip to Disneyland - the bus goes directly. We will come back again.

What could be better: the quality of the beds and mattresses, the cleaning, some minor things that were broken in our cottage (we gave feedback about those at the reception).

Fantastic holiday at Village Nature. The comfort cottage was the perfect base for our trip into disney, and the local bus connection was ideal. We had some very hot weather in our visit so the facilities such as Aqua Mundo were out of this world. We visited the little farm onsite, which was wonderful and so picturesque. The park has so much to offer, and we hope to return in the future to explore it further.

The only downside to our cottage was the terrace. The furniture and the terrace itself could use a good clean down. For this reason, we never used it. But we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Aqua Mundo Swimming centre is immense. Even with some parts closed and some parts a bit rough around the edges it was still impressive for a holiday park.

Apartment interior was perfectly clean, however the exterior to the apartment area was clearly being neglected. Decking on the balcony very worn and looks to need some oil/UV protection for the wood otherwise i would imagine will only lags a few more years. Also the plants are are left to grow over the walkway, which is nice in parts, but doesn’t seem to be managed by anyone. Some plants becoming trip hazards for toddlers. Broken glass on the path by the communal area was left for our entire stay, and also lift to our block was out of service for 6 of 7 nights, no signage was in place to make you think anyone was aware of this. Reported by myself and other guests during our stay.

Great accommodation, lovely surroundings, aquamundo was great, close to val d'europe & only 30min regular train from there to Paris

Wasps were a bit of an issue for sitting outside with some places not allowing you to order or eat outside. Could do with more eating options. Restaurants had quite big queues for eating out. It would be great if the outdoor pool area could be accessed without going through the Aquamundo especially for accommodation guests.

We loved the scenery and the fact that you could climb to the top of the water park. The staff at the boating lake, the swimming pool reception and the souvenir shop where really friendly. We would loved to have stayed longer. Theres so much to do.

The lighting at night was minimal our apartment's lighting and street lighting weren't on, so we had to use our phones. The balconies could be cleaner looks like they don't get cleaned at all. The sun umbrella was mouldy and full of spider webs. I would say avoid the arcade most things didn't work or take your credit and it was so busy you couldn't ask for it back. Total waste of money. We would go back, this is feed back that centre parcs could improve on maybe.

Beautiful and clean, and a perfect layout. Plenty of amenities and a full size kitchen. We had a ground floor apartment so benefited from a big outdoor space completely shrouded in plants and trees, very tranquil and nice. There were good shops very close to the apartment, gaming areas and other facilities, and an amazing water park/pool as well as convenient parking throughout. It also felt very safe, happily walking around late at night, well lit, and good security measures when returning from outside. Amazing value for money and will definitely stay again.

The only problem was the general finish of the apartment which had seen better days. Although it didn’t bother us, little things like the lamp being held on with tinfoil, pictures clearly missing from the wall, some lights not working etc. And the bed was the hardest most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever experienced which took a couple of days to get used to. The lack of air conditioning was also a problem as it was around 30 degrees C during our stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was excellent. Lovely gardens and walks. Very tranquil, peaceful, and quiet which enabled a very calm and relaxing stay. We had a lovely stay, although we didn't get much sleep with the heat.

The toilet in the cottage only flushed after a long wait from when it was last flushed. The covers on the outside garden furniture were filthy. The cottage was bright and airy but could have benefited from Air conditioning as it got too hot inside and very uncomfortable to sleep, pillows and bed were not very comfortable either. There was only 1 bedroom with hangers and hanging space for your clothes.

A variety of activities. My baby really enjoyed the Aqua mundo which catered for all age groups. There’s a lot of restaurants and a grocery shop which really came in handy.

The property is huge though, wish they could support tourists more in terms of Uber pickup locations or an easier, convenient way for Uber drivers to get to the accommodation. I also lost my access watch after 7pm when reception had closed leaving me stranded so I wish they could provide alternative contact channels after reception closes in case people encounter issues after hours.
