Very clean and modern looking. Plenty-big parking lot with gates said to be locked between 22:00 and 06:00. Skipped breakfast due to time constraints, but the setup looked good. Room was spotless and very comfortable (but odorous-see below)

Room 21X on the second floor had a subtle but bad background odor (did someone’s pet recently die?) for which we almost requested a room switch - but laziness and language barriers prevailed. A walkability score would be less than 5/100. There was a large homeless/tinker caravan settlement about two miles to the southeast near a large grocery store and at the entrance to a national restaurant/grill that now looks locked up. That same closest commercial/town centre area looked beaten-up and unsafe We had an unsuccessful 30-min drive hunt for a sit-down restaurant within a three mile radius: we skipped dinner as a result.

Room is good, clean, quiet and spacious

Hotel does not offer shuttle to the airport after but was advertised as thers is a shuttle but only early morning. Uber costed me 30$ to reach the hotel from Mitry clay train station and 35$ from hotel to airport. 65$ cost added, if i was aware i will book one with shuttle near airport for almost same price 71EUR for the night. I paid 71EUR night + 10EUR Breakfast+ UBER 65$..... With all this the night cost is close to 140EUR...COST IS ALMOST DOUBLE FROM ORIGINAL PRICE for this price i could stayed near the airport with shuttle and breakfast.... Belkacem

The Ace exceeded my expectations for a hotel that was near the airport. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The rooms were impeccably clean as was the rest of the hotel with beds that were very comfortable. The breakfast was first rate with a lot of choice from hot foods (delicious eggs), sausages, croissant, a great quality yogurt and one of my favorites (St. Malo), cold cuts, cheese, fresh fruit, very well done! Great job Ace Hotel in Mitry!

The list that is provided for different food providers needs to have some hours on it. I tried to call several where no one picked up. I finally realized the restaurants were closed because it was a Monday. You could always write next to it closed Mondays or whatever days they are not open. It would be a great help to the client.

This hotel is perfect for a quick stopover, free parking, especially with its convenient location quite near the CDG airport. About 12 minutes drive to the airport. It offers a comfortable stay for anyone just passing through, making it an ideal choice for travelers with morning flights. Room was perfect in size, comfy bed. Hotel with lift. No convenient store nearby. No kettle - I suggest that providing kettle would be a great addition to the next guest for even more comfortable stay experience. Friendly reception staff.

The hotel facilities were good. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, much better than the typical coffee and croissant French breakfast. The hours for breakfast was the best 6.30 AM till 11 AM.offered to much later than typical. The reception desk was extremely, extremely helpful in finding transportation for my family from CDG airport. We arrived at CDG around 9PM and the absence of a systemised taxi service at the airport is diabolical. The hotel's stated shuttle service is limited to just an hour and a half in the early morning and evening, so was not available. However, the evening reception staff person (June16) recognised our despair, and arranged for someone to collect us from RoissyPole. We were most appreciative.

I'd like the airport shuttle to be more available, outside of the current time. This could be manageable with a prior booking system. If not, a list of taxis would be helpful. I do not have a smart phone so UBER is not an option for me.

Quiet and efficient.

Responses were in French to emails sent in English. Being located close to CDG, staff should respond in English. Thanks to Google Translate, I was able to read their responses written in French. However, when I checked in/out, the staff were fluent in English. Good breakfast buffet. Airport Shuttle: Very limited hours of operation. And they only drop off at Terminal 2F. It's a long walk to the other terminals at CDG. I wouldn't complain if it was free :)

Location is close to the airport, they offer a shuttle at certain times (but you must be signed up for it in advance), the hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast smells good.

It is a ways from the main attractions in Paris and there's nothing but warehouses around the hotel. The shuttle is 6 euros/ person to get to the airport, which is great if you are a party of 1. However, if you are not a solo traveler, getting a Bolt to the airport is cheaper.

Great location and large room, which is important when you're travelling internationally with luggage. Great value for money, even with the taxi fare from the airport. The hotel shuttle wasn't operating when we arrived, but we were able to use it the next morning to return to the airport and it was just €6 pp.

Not enough pillows

The worst part is the shuttle because the shuttle only went to 7:30 am we had to either pay 35euros or be 4 hrs early at the airport

It would have been nice to have the room available as little earlier than 4 pm it’s just a long way from downtown Paris to the Airport and a set rate for the taxi of $35 euros for 12 km Other than that small issue it’s was all good

The property was very clean. The room and bathroom were spotless. It was quiet. The reception was courteous and helpful. Check in was a breeze.

Had a little trouble understanding where to get the shuttle from Terminal 2F, it all worked out. Important for future shuttle takers to remain at the departure level of Terminal 2F Gate 8. The chauffeur was professional and gracious.
