The rooms were in excellent condition. Showers and bathrooms were especially well done for the location with water temperature control that worked perfectly. The landscaping outside the rooms was one of my favourite aspects of the property. Breakfast buffet was one of the best and most extensive I have experienced. The pool was also lovely!

The beach area would be more attractive if they kept the smaller boats in one area and had a designated swimming area near the pier. Since they don't have a large stretch of beach it was hard to find an area to enjoy the water where smaller boats were not constantly coming and going.

Staff were amazing .. location to town if you can call it that .. you walk out bare foot less than 200 mtr .The restaurant food is amazing . We don’t have breakfast as we felt it was a bit expensive at 12 dollars but lunch was superb. The team there are amazing . Special thanks to reception who tried to sort my foot out . Tip thou it is a lot cheaper to get taxi from the airport yourself they charge 42 dollars where it is 20 dollars . They sent a taxi for us which was late and the one back to the airport had the wrong name on so we found it stressful . If landing at the airport it it very easy just go to the port and get your tickets . Loads of atms there ,very good rates so no need to panick . Dollars are the best currency and lastly the hotel does take card so if you are unprepared just stay there . Pack Mossi spray and lots of it .

The best hotel I’ve stayed at hands down - mostly due to staff. The staff were amazing and I can’t praise them more than I have already. They are the most friendly staff I’ve met who greet you with a smile at every moment and are happy to help, catering to every need. Whilst staying here my friend broke her arm at another venue on the island. We quickly headed back to Eden and the staff were quick to help - organising us a boat and ensuring they could do anything else to help. Alex the manager helped wrap her arm so we were safe for the boat trip back. Even whilst we had to go the hospital in an emergency at sihanoukville, they checked in with us and asked if we needed anything and upon return to the island, they checked in all the time ensuring we were happy and safe. I really can’t emphasise their amazing atmosphere! The accommodation is lovely - sweet little huts that are private, cool and clean. All amenities provided and comfortable beds. The pool is great and looks onto the beach and twice a week they have an amazing fire show by their brilliant bartender - as well as bbq on the beach which is delicious! This is the best place to stay on Koh Rong Sanloem! Thanks Eden !!

What a gem of a resort! Has everything you could possibly need and is located on a true piece of sand and ocean water paradise! The water is crystal clear offering breathtaking shades of green and blue. The resort staff … led by wonderfully friendly and helpful Nai Sok who is almost always at Front Desk … go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have any special needs taken care of. The cleanest outdoor pool I’ve ever swam in provides a relaxing alternative to the ocean itself - a best of both worlds scenario for sure! We loved the whole pool area which provides various shade and sun options to relax, connect to strong WIFI and sip drinks and/or enjoy yummy food from the resto while staring out at the beautiful ocean water just three steps and a jump away! The resto itself offers a solid selection of Asian and Western cuisine in a relaxing setting. Rooms provide all one needs for full comfort - the comfy queen bed, large flat screen TV and awesome ultra modern shower were thoroughly enjoyed during our 1 week stay in paradise!

Good value, beautiful clean bungalows set amongst lush tropical gardens. Fantastic pool with plenty of comfortable shaded seating, situated right on beach. The food at the restaurant was delicious we ate there every night, a fabulous breakfast was included in the price. The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, and extremely hard working, they obviously take pride in their work. The place is spotless, well run and maintained, mangaer Alex and his team do a fantastic job. Thanks for making us feel welcome and our stay special.I would highly recommend Eaden Bay Beach Resort.

The location is paradise right on the beach front. The pool area overlooked the beach & was clean. Towels were provided for the most part. The boat tickets were arranged in advance by the hotel & easy clear instructions on where to collect them from & board the boat was excellent. The room itself was nice, large, very comfortable bed & clean..all good. Plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet & eggs cooked upon request. Very good. Cocktails were amazing. An enjoyable stay.

Our negatives - the door to the room didn't lock. The safe didn't work & the television didn't work. For the amount of money we paid (this was the most expensive accommodation in Cambodia), we personally feel these things should have been checked beforehand. We had to keep complaining & having maintenance staff out. If it were a cheap property, we wouldn't have complained so much. We struggled to get the shower to work too as there was choice of overhead or normal. We couldn't get overhead one to worl & the normal was not great. Very little water. Didn't complain as had had enough of doing this. Should have been checked beforehand.

Great location right on the beach and at the end of the Pier. The rooms are very comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was OK, enough options to satisfy, liked the freshly made pancakes. The restaurant opens out on to the beach, we had dinner there twice which was tasty. The staff were all friendly, smiley and helpful. Pool area was pleasant with enough sunbeds for everyone wanting them. We enjoyed the Fire and Flare BBQ evening and the Happy hour between 3.00pm & 6.00pm. Very good value for money.

The shower was weak but we understand why. The environment beyond the hotel was very messy, lots of rubbish piling up. This obviously not the hotels fault as they kept the area in front of the hotel tidy.

Great location right at the beach, the resort is compact enough to be able to get around easily, and step off the property into the sea. Because of the particular tidal nature of this particular beach, it’s not possible to have lounges on the beach, but there are plenty in the resort with a view of the sea. The staff will organise a taxi and boat from the airport for you if you ask, this is at quite a premium, but well worth doing for the peace of mind and the ease. They are also great at booking onward boat/Taxis for you. Staff a bit mixed, but some of them are great, and two that deserves special mention are Nai Sok, who has a lovely friendly helpful manner, and was only too happy to make onward travel arrangements, and carry my suitcase halfway down the beach. Also Red Rav who is super helpful. The hotel is well located, and a short walk from lots of restaurants and bars, and there is a convenient store about five minutes walk along the beach. Any difficulties or issues were minor, and ironed out quickly by the staff.

The resort is a bit tired, and isn’t quite as polished as the pictures suggest. However this is not surprising, seeing as Cambodia is still recovering from Covid, and businesses are only just starting to invest again as tourists return in number.. Don’t let this put you off, it’s a lovely resort. The bathroom ponged a bit .

Beautiful cabin in lush, well maintained tropical gardens. Lovely staff and incredible beaches on the other side of the island. If you stay the walk to Lazy and Sunset beaches is so worth it. Eden looks like the best place to stay if you’re looking for 4* comforts.

Location! The wind and the plastic on Saracen beach. They have a problem! I’m sure the wind was temporary and maybe that brought more plastic than usual but it was so awful on arrival that on arrival we considered leaving. We didn’t, and found the leeward side of the island and were glad we stayed.
