The place is clean, friendly, speak English and will help with everything. From the start, they picked us up from the ferry, made reservations at restaurants we asked for, gave us ideas of what to do. The included breakfast was delicious. We had the quadruple room, it was spacious including 2 bathrooms, larger than expected. One night we ate at a restaurant on the edge of the island and that restaurant arranges a shuttle to and from your hotel, excellent experience. Annacapri is definitely nicer than Capri to stay in, much less stair and nicer people and less crowded. We went to positano, amalfi, Ravello and Naples and the absolute best shopping for us was Annacapri. Our other highlights were the chairlift up, they recommended going early to beat the day trippers and heat of day, it was a 10 minutes walk from our hotel. We also loved our dinner at la Zagata eating under lemon trees and delicious food, again only 10 minutes walk. Highly recommend staying here, entire town and hotel friendly and relaxing vibe.

Staying in Anarcapri versus Capri was the best decision and I highly recommend staying at Hotel Senaria. It is easily accessible, a few gradual steps lead to the hotel entrance. I had a fairly heavy suitcase and survived taking it down and back up when we left. It may be a challenge for people with physical limitations, but I’m sure the staff would help, if possible. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was great for our needs. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony on the loungers in the cool breeze after a day of exploring the island. The walk from the hotel through Anarcapri is gorgeous with plenty of stores and restaurants along the way to pop into and enjoy great meals and views! Going up the chair lift for more amazing views is a must. Taking a bus to Capri is convenient and affordable. We took a taxi from/to the ferry which is expensive, but convenient with luggage. You could take the bus too. The staff were very welcoming and kind in every way. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, even without the sea view from our room.

We've enjoyed our stay at Hotel Senaria, the room was very beautiful with a nice and spacious terrace. Our host was kind and helpful, she also gave us recommendations for eating out (and the restaurant she suggested was great). The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. The check-in was really easy, we've arrived a bit before and the room was already ready. We were also able to leave our luggage at their place after our check-out. The location was perfect, in a calmer area. We would definitely recommend this place. Grazie mille!

The hotel in Anacapri was by a bus stop that was not congested with tourists which allowed to jump in before getting crowded. Walking distance from a very nice shopping district and the bus line leading to the Blue Grottoes. Nice terrasse for breakfast.

Due to our bigger suitcases ; no lift and many stairs from the streets and within the residence.

Centrally located

It is a family owned, small boutique type hotel. Staff were very nice, and accommodating. Location is very close to historic center, with plenty of restaurants, shops, taxis and bus stop. The owner booked a private boat tour for us, to go around the whole Capri island, and it was the best boat tour we have had in Amalfi Coast! Giuseppe was the captain, and he was absolutely fantastic! 👏👏👏

There is nothing that I did not like.

This charming hotel is just the place you need to get away from the hectic-ness of the busy streets of Capri centre. The hotel is immaculately clean and very comfortable. The rooms are well equipped and are large. Many rooms have bay doors that open to an outdoor seating area, perfect in the morning or evening for relaxing and looking at the view. Anacapri is quaint and friendly. The buses are very convenient here as they are close to begining of the line.

Excellent stay! Very comfortable, quiet, and staff is very helpful and friendly- very good directions and suggestions for dining. . Lovely breakfast! My gluten free daughter had nice options of eggs, meat, cheese and fruit. Convenient location. Enjoyed so much the private patio. Spacious room too. Will stay again!!

The owner was extremely welcoming and helpful which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is small with beautiful furnishings which create relaxing indoor and outdoor areas. The rooms are very comfortable and generously sized. Our room opened onto a glorious rooftop terrace. Breakfast provided excellent choices and fab coffee made by the owner’s husband.

Shower is a little small, but water flow is great.

The place is located close to the center of Anacapri, one minute from the bus line, direct to Capri. The view from the terrasse is amazing, we felt warmly welcomed. Amazing breakfast. This place is a very good spot to explore the island, at a much cheaper price than Capri. As well, many restaurants and cafés around.
