Unfortunately due to difficulties getting the necessary staff the restaurant did not function any more. The lift was out of order (we received an upgrade in compensation), but the staff was super friendly and supportive

Excellent hotel. Very comfortable and quite. Nice location although not very close to the city center. A perfect base for visiting Quedlinburg and Halberstadt.

A property with lots of history in a very nice location. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very nice.
The hotel today is far cry from what it used to be in its glory days. What used to be one of the best hotels and restaurants in town has simply become "OK". The restaurant is closed and getting food is very tedious. What are called "Business Rooms" are little more than sterile rooms in a 60s style add-on to an otherwise beautiful old building.

I can't say that I liked something :(
The real location and view is different from the picture. Very old hotel, poor breakfast, sauna is for extra fee and also very old and needs to be renewed.
