the rooms were clean. the heating and cooling system worked great. the staff was friendly. . It was cheap and affordable. but while the price in the booking was cheap, the price on the spot was almost twice as expensive. they asked for a deposit of 100 dollars and returned it in 3-5 days. I would advise you to take photos to prove that you did not steal anything when leaving the hotel. Thanks for everything.

Neighbors watched TV loudly until morning and did not let me sleep. take shampoo with you when you leave because there was no shampoo in the bathroom. thanks for everything.

Clean large room close to highway access and restaurants/ stores. Large fridge and comfortable beds.

The distance attendant put us from the elevator.. my husband has copd and had difficulty walking from the elevator to our room.. we travel with a base unit oxygen system that is heavy and difficult to move from place to place.

Over the years this brand has definitively improved their service and it is a pleasure to be a guest. There is no no breakfast and many times coffee is not available.

I didn't like the deletion of 'MSNBC' from the channel selection on this visit.

Always very comfortable

Being charged $5 from my $100 deposit for some spots on towels. I've never had this issue staying there before and feel this is petty. Towels can be washed and I feel the morning person at the front who I never dealt with before was looking for things to not give full deposits back.

Richard was by far the best manager said that's a great manager roxette is a sweet front desk girl also Darlene I really enjoy their kindness and they make me feel like I'm at home I really can't wait to stay there again

There wasn't anything I really didn't like maybe besides the floors being a little bit cleaner that would have been nice but it wasn't that dirty so it was actually pretty clean overall

It is located to several food options within walking distance. The room was spacious, has a full fridge/freezer kitchen sink microwave and toaster as well as a coffee maker. The room was clean and smelled fresh and was very comfortable. I felt safe parking my car in their parking lot and the staff was very friendly!

Very clean. We love the large refrigerator. Better than other motels. The location is quiet. We gladly extended our stay because our apartment is not ready to move into yet.

Jennifer at the front desk was very sweet and extremely hopeful. She had multiple checking in at the same time, who ended up having to use different cards to pay. She handled it very well and remained calm and very sweet to everyone she helped.

Some tenets do not respect others, noise, throwing trash outside rooms, smoking marijuana, some staff could not speak English.

It’s location is perfect for our event. Having restaurants within walking distance of the hotel is a big plus. Front desk staffs, Serena and Star, were also very friendly, attentive and accommodating. I highly recommend.

The beds were not as comfortable as I want them to be and the room is a bit small, but for the price I paid, I’d say it’s okay.
