We loved the room and the hotel. The hotel was clean and spacious and smelled nice. Our room was a great size and had comfortable beds and nice sheets. We loved the sea turtle detailing on the wall. There was a lovely Starbucks down in the lobby and the food at the onsite restaurant was pretty good for the price.

The pool was of great size and had nice water amenities, however there were tons of dead bugs floating in the water. It became so gross and overwhelming that we had to get out. There were also hornets building ground nests by the outdoor shower so it was tough to rinse your feet off for fear of getting stung.

Great Location

Cleanliness of room was below satisfactory. Pull out sofa cushions were stained horribly, bathroom floor had hair all over it, shower shelf about to fall off the wall, and the door to our room would not open without a forced push or two. Front desk personnel assume you know the hotel, give very little detail when explaining where to park, pool towel exchange, where breakfast is served. Also, the breakfast vouchers do not cover the cost of breakfast. Except to pay.

Close to the beach and everything we wanted to do. Room was clean, comfy, and had a good view. Guaranteed parking always a plus. Liked that chairs and umbrellas were available to rent for the beach.

Hard to pull tab on faucet on tub to get full water pressure from shower head because faucet was loose. Would be nice to have something beside the bed to rest and charge cellphones for those who are not sleeping by the bedside table so they can reach their phone at night if needed.

Clean, attractive, convenient to everything.

Breakfast cafe. Paid $20 a day for breakfast for two in advance. Just got a voucher for the enclosed Starbucks. Very expensive and needed $20 more for a small breakfast for two everyday. So stuck with having a $40 a day very minimal breakfast at Starbucks since I had the vouchers. Also, not enough chairs at the pool and observed people bringing their own lawn chairs.

This is a great location. I've been coming here for a couple of years. I stayed here for business the first time and fell in love with the location and remember being surprised at how nice the hotel was. I've been coming back for solo trips since. The pool is clean and big. The bar outside offers drinks and food. The inside and outside of the hotel is spotless. The staff are friendly. i always add another day to my stay because I never want to leave.

Housekeeping did not come to my to my room during my stay.. Of course, I did not call the front desk to inquire about this, so it's possible I needed to request it during my week long stay. It did not affect my stay and did not bother me. I did ask for towels and they were promptly delivered to my room.

Very clean hotel, updated amenities, great pool, great pool bartender who made exceptional food, we liked our room a lot.

We were charged twice for the same room. Once through booking.com and once by the hotel. My husband talked to 2 managers who said they would fix & it still hasn’t been resolved. Both charges are showing on our credit card.

Location

The man at the front desk was rude. He told me my booking.com reservation was declined twice when I had the confirmation info I was showing him that was sent to me from booking.com And the price was going to be $290.00 instead of the 262.08. So when I checked out my receipt was showing $262.08 but $290.00 was taken out of my checking account. I called and talked to a lady and she apologized and told me I had been charged twice for the room.

The hotel was nice. I liked that it had a restaurant to order food. Since there is not much in the area to eat. The gym was amazing. Best one I've seen at a hotel. Close to the beach.

There is no room service or the option to call in an order.

I appreciates the mini refrigerator and microwave. The room was large and spacious.

Breakfast is not included in the price and if you want it, it is purchased under the in-house Starbucks brand. Limited vegan options. I purchased the room before midnight, checked in at almost 1 a.m. after a flight. Sadly, I was told late check out was not available.

Our guestroom was very clean; we took advantage of the balcony and the weather to enjoy our coffee every morning and our wine each evening.

We ran out of coffee after our first morning. Guest services didn't come until 9:00 the next morning with additional coffee though we had called at 8:00
