The cleanliness and bus service to city centre is useful for guests. Room was of adequate size.

The all weather pool was not functional. There were communication issues. In the sense the hotel needs to inform that the free bus will take us to a station from where one could go to the airport.

There was no coffee available in the room.

The rooms are clean, well maintained, and big (for Hong Kong standards). The location is great!

SINCE WE ARE THE GOLD MEMBER BUT WE ARE NOT ALLOW TO GO THE CLUB LOUNGE, THEY SAID ONLY THE DIAMOND MEMBER CAN GO , BUT IN OTHER MARRIOTT HOTEL ALL OVER THE WORLD THEY WILL ALLOW THE GOLD MEMBER TO USE THE CLUB LOUNGE, THIS IS THE ONE I DIDN'T LIKE.

The hotel was incredibly luxurious, exactly the kind of place you look forward to staying at while on vacation. The highlight of our stay was getting a complimentary upgrade to a river view room. It was breathtaking! We had a massive window that opened up to a stunning panorama of the river, mountains, and nearby residential buildings. Whether it was day or night, with the curtains drawn open, the view was simply spectacular. The staff were warm, accommodating, and made us feel truly welcome. Overall, it was a wonderful and unforgettable experience.

It was a bit far from the city center so we have to account for more time to get to where we need to go.

you can take public transport from airport to Hotel (bus stop just on the front of the hotel) , hotel have shuttle to Kowloon station or TST and it will take only 30 min ride. Suite rooms are very good with sleeping room and living room + you can easily make connection for one more twin room , good for families, Breakfast is good and lot of choices so you don´t need to eat every morning same food. Swimming pool is enougg big and inclduding sauna and Gym, if you have luggage then you should use elevator in Car park,

in some rooms they made some easy renovation and can see the worker not proffessional,,,, hope hotel will hire proffessionals in near future when they need to paint something.

Big room, open view, quiet swimming pool. Supermarket, pharmacy, McDonald's are just downstairs. Several malls within 10 minutes' walk. The river is 5 minutes' walk. Many buses stop just outside the hotel. MTR is only 5-10 minutes' walk. Wifi is excellent. Broadband plug in is also possible. Excellent set up for working and doing video calls.

Can hear traffic noise even up in the room on 20/F sometimes. Noise from nearby construction work can also disrupt the otherwise rather peaceful atmosphere. The swimming pool is on 3/F, surrounded by industrial buildings. Can get quite windy.

This property is exceptional because it is probably one of the most tranquil stays you’ll have in HK. It’s airy and full of natural light, has thoughtful touches such as filtered water taps in the corridors, a great hotel gym and a lovely infinity pool (in summer months). The team are thoughtful, cheerful and genuinely nice! The rooms are comfortable, clean and everything functions. There is no dampness unlike some other HK hotels. I usually have to work while in HK from my hotel room and the wifi is very strong and stable. The desk is also equipped with a handy customisable desk lamp and a large desk. It’s an excellent hotel by all standards. This was my second stay and I was grateful to have been upgraded to a suite! It was a marvellous experience and if you can afford it, I recommend trying it out.
