The location is unbeatable—right in Tsim Sha Tsui, steps away from the Star Ferry and MTR. The view from the harbour-facing room was stunning, especially at night. The staff were professional and accommodating, and check-in was smooth. Room was clean, comfortable, and (mostly) quiet.

The hotel feels a little dated in parts, but it's well-maintained overall.

it was my first time booking experience after i open an account to booking.com platform, i booked a single room for my friend to stay for one night, my friend was travelling from singapore to shenzen china. also i didn't have any idea how to book, i ineed did a booking for my friend. later my friend called me and change name for guest who's gonna stay here in room. and thank god this place has modification of profile and details, i changed booking details onto my friend's name and my friend was able to proceed into the room. its all online and its more convenient. i like this facilities. i everything worked just in a seconds of time. this is amazing. my friend says its really nice, neat and clean, although its on the main streat location, the living environment was peace and calm environment. everything here including customer services, facilities, well managed and delightful. i like the instant modification of details of rooms and everything. i was at work and my friend already arrived at hotel and i didn't know what to do. my friend asked the customer services and guided me , how to do everything like modification of details of rooms , this is amazing. more convenient and more relaible. in further upcoming days im sure i will book from this platform. i like the services and everything. thank you

Relatively new renovation (the hotel was refreshed)

Closed lobby bar (it used to be wonderful with excellent employees and live music). The hotel has lost a lot from its closure.

One of the reception staffs was rude and not helpful. Others are ok. Anyway, one bad service experience can already ruined your great reputation! Five star hotel with two star staff. This is unacceptable.

Location was superb & rooms were clean, newly renovated with modern designs

Don't usually write bad reviews, but the staff that handled us during check in was very rude, we had a slight misunderstanding and he wasn't being informative at all. We requested several things during our bookings such as extra bed & baby crib, had a confirmation respond to our requests but said there were no requests made when we arrived and seems angry while we're trying to explain everything. Other than the receptionist, all other staffs that we encountered were really nice & helpful, thankfully.

The location, view and, the size of the room were great. We had some credit card-related issues with the hotel reception staff and while that was annoying, our overall stay was excellent because the rest of the staff was accommodating. The breakfast was substantial and good. The room was clean and could have easily accommodated 3 adults. The location is excellent, just 5 minutes away from the Star Ferry and close to many eating joints and shopping malls.

The hotel reception staff created a lot of confusion with our booking and our credit card was billed without our authorization by their 'back office'. This was unacceptable, unethical and despite their apologies, it left us uncomfortable and annoyed.

We are regular patrons of this very fine hotel. The location is very good, in that the hotel overlooks the harbour and is not far from the two Tsim Sha Tsui MTR stations. The check-in person recognised us and they were all very efficient on reception. A wifi port was loaned to me by the hotel for my use. The de luxe harbour rooms are well appointed and spacious. The laundry service was excellent and very quick. The breakfast in the Cafe (restaurant) on the second floor is always good and the service was exemplary, Two staff recognised us from last year. They heartedly welcomed us back and farewelled us in a similar manner too. The Cafe is also good in the evening.

The eggs at breakfast, although fresh, were usually not warm enough. The coffee at breakfast is not excellent and long-life milk renders the the tea unsatisfactory to drink. The Cafe at lunchtime is expensive, noisy and apparently full of non-residents.

The room was clean and was kept in good condition. The room design was well done with the staff being very polite and friendly.

The room had a locked door which linked to the next room, the sound proofing was not the best when the neighbors came back late in the evening. The shower rail was very short so could not shower fully standing as the max was just tall enough for the smaller of us.

The location of this hotel is excellent overlooking the Harbour and near to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. The king-size bedroom was very good. The breakfast was substantial and good value, The grilled salmon at dinner was very good. The staff were all friendly and most helpful.

The eggs at breakfast were put out too quickly by the cooks, which resulted in many of the eggs being too cold on the buffet.
