Wonderful amenities, beautiful mountain and sea view from the room. Very friendly helpful staff. Modern & tranquil location in a busy city.

My only problem was with the morning employee - he was asleep when I tried to check out at 7am. Like sound asleep - I tried to wake him by saying “excuse me” several times but he would not wake up. So I took a walk and he was up when I got back. But I missed the shuttle because of this and he didn’t help me try to ask the shuttle to wait.

Staffs were nice and room was very tidy and clean

TV channels were very limited. Would be great if more channels were available especially movie channels

This is a fabulous hotel! The facilities, design, care to detail and comfort exceeded my expectations. Lovely sea view from my spacious room. Mini fridge, kettle, tea, coffee, free water, plenty of storage space. Bed was so comfortable! Everything was kept immaculate. Even the lighting was very thoughtful. There are excellent restaurants in the hotel itself - my very picky dad was impressed! - and plenty more in Cyberport, catering to all tastes. There’s a grocery store on the ground floor, a park to walk in by the sea, and it’s in a safe, residential, area. The hotel provides transport to and from Central. When you get off the train from the airport you are picked up by their friendly bus driver and taken to their front door. Staff are attentive, kind, personable and professional.

It would be good if the cushions by the pool are brought in prior to a storm, as they were soaked the next day, so there was nowhere to recline.

Cyperport is not yet a popular spot, which was our main attraction to the property. However, there is a shuttle from the hotel to the city and back, at scheduled intervals and at no extra cost. Their food was great!

Communicating is generally difficult as English is not a popular language for communication and the local’s general attitude/ manners was also quite challenging at the best of times. While some of the employees tried their best, the general attitude prevailed

Family Room. Two interconnecting rooms and set up for kids in the twin room, with some wooden toys, a tent and kid-decorated bedding. BRILLIANT bathroom. Main room very comfy. The POOL is perfect. Loved the access to 711, Park n Shop, Maccas and cinema. And the Shuttle to Central.

I found some fluff in the corner behind the curtains! Haha, that's it.

location was a bit too far, by shuttle bus it takes around 20-25minutes from hong kong station to the hotel. the shuttle bus is in every hour, so I had to be on time.

Great location. Cyberport is a quiet area and still convenient in terms of reaching Central. There’s a shuttle bus to Central every hour. Very nice rooms with spacious bathrooms.

Great hotel in quieter neighbourhood yet only20 mins from Central by courtesy Bus. Top quality buffet breakfast to suit every taste. Impeccable service

Can’t find fault

Location was very convenient for us. The room was reasonably spacious, going by Hong Kong standards, and hence very comfortable. Breakfast was quite wide in selection.

Clean and spacious with a lovely outside leisure space and swimming pool.

Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay.
