It was very clean and the aesthetic was very nice. Great location as it is in the center of the city. Parking was nice because they have a garage. Even though they charge for parking, it was nice to have that extra security. Breakfast was great.

I wish they had free happy hour like other Homewood Suites.

Parking, if returned from my day activities late, had to park in an unlit but gated lot a 1/2,block away. I’d felt more secure if the lot was lighted much better.

The receptionist was very nice. The room was clean and well equiped.

There was only ONE person checking everyone in at 3 PM and there was a line out the door. Very bad scheduling. The next person was not coming on until 4 PM. Only ONE out of three elevators was working. Again, so many people trying to use it at the same time. There was a convention in town and you were not prepard for it. We only found this out when talking to the other people in the line to register. There was garbage everywhere from the homeless people on the street and sidewalk in front of the parking deck. It was not cleaned up when we left the next morning.

Shuttle never running when needed to/from airport and conference!!!

It was modern, clean and felt safe.

The breakfast were a bit weak.

Breakfast was good, with fresh fruit and good selection of items. We stayed two nights, in between going to Farmington, and after the first night I realized I left an item in the room. I called the hotel, and Jeannette was very helpful and kind and found it and said sheʻd be working when we checked in again, and she was there, with my item! Very much appreciated her extra effort. It was roomy and comfortable. Short walk to Range Cafe, which had good food.

Other than the Range Cafe, there isnʻt much around the hotel, my husband didnʻt feel safe walking further than the restaurant. But we could have driven somewhere if we needed to.

The breakfast was fair. The rooms were great except the fan on the air conditioner got stuck a few times at night and squealed a lot. My husband had to get up a few times to speed the fan up.

The property is very nice. Clean and updated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful and I loved the 2nd floor outdoor space. Security was top notch INSIDE of the property and as a woman traveling alone this is very important to me.

The breakfast was abysmal. Even when I got there early it was cold and picked over. The coffee was watery and tasted old. For some reason housekeeping put the dust ruffle which goes UNDER the mattress on TOP of the bed as though it was a comforter. When I asked to have it removed, they just made the bed up with it still on top. All of the lamps didn't work in the room which made it dark. The drain in the sink was clogged with hair, I had to pull out a big clump while attempting to wash my face. Housekeeping left multiple cleaning cloths behind in the room. The area is extremely sketchy which of course is not in the control of the property, however, I will more than likely not choose the property in the future because of that.

The location is very convenient to the downtown area. The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen contained a full size refrigerator and a dishwasher which although was unused since we stayed only overnight, was still impressive. Asked for a mountain view and got one! The lobby and dining area/bar has very nice decor and plenty of seating.

It seems petty to mention the pillows were too small and too soft for a King size bed. The shower stall was also too narrow, we were literally bumping elbows on the glass door unless showering sideways. There was no wastebasket inside the toilet/shower room of the bathroom, only one under the bathroom sink on the other side of the door. And the bathroom door showed damage from having been forced open. As if someone had been locked out of the toilet room and the door had to be jimmied. The lighting in the sink area of the bath was terrible, either white fluorescent or some kind of orange glow both made makeup application a nightmare. And the remote that was to control the fan/light above the bed, didn't.
