Facility is new and well-kept. Breakfast was good with good enough choices, and we were able to request extra towels without any issue. it is located right by seawall boulevard and literally few feet away from the beach if you choose to, however, it's a busy street and we wanted to use the beach a little farther with more privacy.

One of the pillowcases was crumpled and seemed used and smelled used., not freshly laundered like the rest of the pillows. it could have been missed or run out of new ones, not sure but I don't like using a pillow that smells like someone already slept on it so I just put that pillow away and did not use them, There was also a stain on the cover/comforter and we folded it down away from our faces. Stains are easy fix that can get washed away when laundered unless it's been re-used which I hope doesn't happen.

It was great could have had a little bigger food option for the quality of the place but everything else was fantastic food wasent even all that bad just add a few more things and Wayy better quality orange juice and apple juice

Breakfast definitely could have been better juice should be higher quality and not waterd down and artificial. More food options would be a bonus kinda was disappointed when i seen what they served

We stayed at this location before our cruise. The location was walking distance to the seawall, some restaurants and Walmart. The breakfast was the standard breakfast food which was great. It has a pool and hot tub but we did not use these. LaQuinta was clean and the front desk gentleman had a great sense of humor, went above and beyond being helpful and was polite. We took the Galveston Trolley that goes up and down the seawall and downtown. It was a great way to see parts of Galveston.

There was nothing that I didn't like about this place.

The location was nice. Not too close to the noise. I didn't go to the beach, but if I had, it would have been nice short walk.

The breakfast provided was decent. Could have used a little more variety. For example, always had scrambled eggs. But no cheese to be found. No potatoes. Sausage or ham was the other offering. Saw that there was cream cheese, but no bagel. Could've had a pancake, maybe some bacon. Still, all in all, it was a decent breakfast.

I liked the overall cleanliness and the helpful and friendly staff. I also liked the location and quiet, family oriented environment. I also liked the guests laundry. Loved the hot tub/pool area, very well maintained. Hot tub temperature was just right. Also, your associate Dan was extremely friendly and helpful in making my stay great! He even helped me with a tourist itinerary that was awesome. Christo was also friendly and helpful. He explained the best use of the guest laundry and came out and asked if the hot tub was good. It was great! Both of these workers went above and beyond, and your other associates were smiling and friendly, too.

I really am a critical person but there's nothing I didn't like about my stay here. It's my choice for future visits.

This is my second visit within 1 week. Everything about this hotel is excellent. Very, very, very clean quite and staff were awesome!! Breakfast was standard, but it got the job done. Hotel is located in the center of all activities alone the seawall. NOTE: the hotel is located ALONE THE SIDE OF GOLDEN CORRAL, so you may miss your turn when driving alone seawall as there are NO SIGNAGE... Other then that the beds are soft and comfortable, A/C works well, but the TV has no channel guide and no guide button on remote. I stayed on 3rd floor which was very quite and I love the comfort of soundlessness...and the ROOMS ARE SPACIOUS.

Could use more variety of breakfast food choices, as well as Variety of TEAS, not just coffee and juices....

Great location, we were able to walk to the beach. Hotel was quiet and clean. The man that works overnight was very nice. We asked for extra towels and toiletries. I also asked him for food suggestions he had a lot of suggestions, different price ranges, food types, even had suggestions for delivery. We had a great time.

I don’t have any complaints maybe a few more fruit options for breakfast.

The location was great. The breakfast options were great. The night staff were really helpful. My room was big, comfortable, and clean with a great view!

Internet was unstable and the remote has no guide option so you just have to flip channels and see what's on. The lighting in the room wasn't great. No overhead light, just a small lamp on either side of the bed and some kind of weird lamp on the desk but it wasn't enough for the size of the room.

The lady that checked us in was in a hurry to leave so she did it real quick we get to our room and there is water everywhere from the AC we go back down to the lobby and the guy got us a better room on the first floor...no problems after that WE WILL BE BACK ... ooh fix the drains in parking lot there was standing water after rain storms and it was a real hassle to get to our car 🚗 but all in all a great hotel

I liked everything about this hotel. I liked the decor of the common areas and rooms. I liked that they had a small section of snacks and beverages for purchasing. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and most of all, nothing in the room was damaged. I definitely liked the location. Close to the Seawall, a Wal-Mart, dining choices...it was all very convenient.

It was raining when we arrived and half the parking lot was pretty much flooded. Considering that the parking lot is basically in bowl type area, it probably happens a lot. People were jockeying for non-flooded parking spots.
