The beds and pillows were very comfortable and breakfast was delicious.

The staff was always very nice. The breakfast was clean and always well stocked. The beach was just a 10-minute walk away. Publix and restaurants and stores were a short walk.

The fitness room was disappointing. The timer on the hot tub was broken, so the jets ran almost all day. They will obviously burn out soon but no one took responsibility to have the hot tub checked from time to time and to turn it off if no one was in it.

We stayed at the Spark Hilton Destin hotel for 5 nights. The hotel is centrally located. You can walk to the grocery store, Old Navy, Ross, Publix, pet store and many restaurants. The staff was all very nice and welcoming. We got to pick our room on the Hilton app and when we extended our stay by a day, they allowed us to stay in the same room. The beds were comfy. There were lots of pillows on the beds. The room was very clean, nice bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Breakfast was yummy. Coffee and tea is available all day at the Spark. There have an outside pool and a hot tub as well as the gym. We loved it there and hope to return. Also, the hotel was 5 min drive from the beach.

I loved that the double bed queen suit came with a division door to separate each bed!! At bed time or during outfit changes it added extra privacy & it made us and our child feel like we had our own rooms! All hotels should have that door if it’s a two bed room. I thought the floor plans were AMAZING! The price was great for the location. I’ll never book anywhere else in Destin, the Sands is our place now!

I loved that it was right in the heart of the city!!! Everything we wanted to do was a short drive or walk away!!!

Staff was friendly and the room and common areas were clean and spacious!

The hot tub was out of service when we went to use it and the ice machine on our floor was also out of service. Another guest had piled up 3 bags of extremely smelly garbage at the garbage next to the 3rd floor elevator, I brought it to the attention of the staff member on duty and she assured me that it would be taken care of but when we returned to the hotel later that evening it was still there! The smell was horrible! Even worse when we woke up the next morning and it was all still piled in the hall, just disgusting!

The front staff was very pleasant every time we interacted. The breakfast was mediocre, but it served it's purpose and it was convenient to not have to leave the house for the first meal of the day. The room was comfortable, and the pool was a good addition. The true perk was the location of the hotel. It was right next door, less than 5 minutes drive to various restaurants & and Publix, which is my new favorite store. Also, was 5 minutes from Henderson state beach park which made it great for us to go to the beach 2 days in a row. ! I would def say book this place!

Location. It has so many restaurantes walking distance and beach less than 1 mile away. Include breakfast very simple but good. Room space was good. Include microwave and cooler.

Shower - bathtub is a hazard. You have to be careful that you don’t fall when you are getting out of the shower. Housekeeping doesn’t come to the room unless you ask. Change towels only if you ask. Gym 24 hrs but the room key never work. I always have to ask for access. Dogs are allowed -risky went owners can’t hold them well. Scary with big ones (dogs).
