The property was close to a lot of shopping and dining locations and was an easy drive to any other sites one would want to visit. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The front desk staff and housekeepers were exceptional.

The coffee provided in the room was not good at all. There should also be more cream and sugar packets supplied. The sofa and bed were not comfortable and the position of the TV was a little strange being it was to the left of the bed, but the ways the room is set up, there isn't anything that could be done about that.

I appreciated the consistent housekeeping service—my room was cleaned nearly every day or whenever I requested it. Fresh towels were replenished daily, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel exceeded expectations. The bed was especially comfortable, making my stay restful and pleasant.

Breakfast was enjoyable overall, though the vegetable omelet could have been better executed. I requested chopped vegetables, but the tomatoes were served sliced, which affected both texture and presentation.

nothing to do with the hotel itself but the Booking.com website said breakfast was included, assuming a continental breakfast but sadly it was not. They had a small "restaurant" there to purchase food only. The staff and hotel itself was wonderful. Only thing we did not like was the lack of elevators and the constant wait time for that. Beautiful hotel, lovely property but will stay more in town next time

I loved everything about the property! My daughter and I’s room was nicely decorated for our birthday arrival. And the room was very nice! I love how the closet has lots of storage. And so easy to put things away. I love the dressers by the bed on each side and there multiple plug in features. The shower/tub was very nice and spacious as well. And absolutely love the new renovations. I was excited to see that our room would have a big flat screen tv!😊🥰. And the renovations for the hotel were spectacular as well. Also the staff was very nice too. They were attentive to our birthdays. And one of the managers also shared a birthday on the weekend like ours. And she offered my daughter a stuffy. And also took a picture with us. It was very sweet. My daughter loves her stuffy very much! And took it everywhere with her. And I do mean everywhere. 🥰💖🤣

I didn’t like that there was only one elevator. 😂. Having to wait while on the 5th floor cut into some of the time having to go places. And didn’t want to take the stairs. lol. Also I didn’t like that on my 2nd day,… my room mobile key didn’t work to get back into my room or back inside from the pool. Me and my daughter were stuck outside by the pool for a second and had to call front desk, but the mobile key still didn’t work. And I realized shortly after that I still had our room card keys on me. I preferred to use the phone mobile key because it was much more easier to use and I didn’t have to keep up with the card.

Beautiful property with a bistro style setting for light breakfast and happy hour fare. There is no restaurant in this hotel and no free breakfast. There are so many restaurants nearby that this is not a problem. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The sheets on the queen beds didn't stay on because of the thickness of the mattress topper. But it was so comfortable that that's less of a hassle.

Property location was awesome. Beautiful hotel, only dislike was only one elevator in each side of hotel very small. The wait was horrible very frustrating when trying to leave and come to your room. Also balcony size are not great two people couldn't fit at a time . Had to change rooms because of this. I

The hot tub was our favorite part as we relaxed after a long day of shopping and enjoying our business trip. The cleanliness of our rooms was definitely a plus. Our son loved the pool as it was his first time in a pool. This was memorable for me and my family

The food. The staff at the bristo were kind and very friendly. Definitely not the best quality of meals to choose from. And for the price it should at least have room service.

Nice and clean for families. Pool and hot tub were great. Loved the food for not being just a buffet of a continental breakfast and the happy hour for appetizers and drinks. Staff was helpful and friendly when we needed it.

No issues. Everything as great. My only gripe was the elevator needs work.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, bed was comfortable, and we liked that it was close to Baytowne Village.

The pillows were awful, we asked for two more, and still went and bought some. The people who ran the Cafe, cooked the food and served with with their very long hair down, and fidget with it over the counter. Gross! Also, the hotel needs to have a shuttle to the beaches, as there is not a lot of public parking.

Very clean hotel, surroundings, and room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Closet is well designed with privacy door and airy. Balcony for a breath of fresh air. Hot tub was wonderful.

Wanted a higher floor for a better view. Tree blocked most of sunlight. Needed a proper fridge not a chiller. Would have appreciated a fridge with freezer to put some ice-cream. Balcony is too small so chairs are straight backed and not comfortable for lounging.
