I read reviews that this property was hard to find but we found it with no problem at all. Lando came right out to great us and heck us in. It’s a great location, walking distance to the beach with lot of restaurants and close to town center, valley of the temples and the Turkish Steps. Landon and his sister put out one of the best breakfast’s we had during our trip. All homemade and fresh breads, jams, cheeses, pastries etc. Lando also loved giving recommendations not only of the area but other parts of the island. We loved our stay and you will too.

The room was lovely and clean and we had a door leading onto a lovely verandah. The breakfast, served in a charming back garden, was really nice with lots of local fresh fruit, bread, cheeses and nuts. Plenty of great tea and coffee too, plus fresh pressed orange juice. We travelled by car and had free parking inside the premises' front drive. The hosts were so very welcoming and lovely. To top it all Villa Maiolica is set in such a central area, only 5 minutes walk from the beach and the numerous restaurants and the lovely promenade, plus only short drives away from other interesting places to visit such as Valle dei Templi, Agrigento and la Scala dei Turchi. We stayed 3 nights in October and enjoyed every day immensely. We definitely recommend Villa Maiolica to any one.👍😍

We liked everything! Lando is "the perfect host", with very clear communication before our arrival, great suggestions on what to do in the area and on the best restaurants in town, welcoming and able to make you feel "at home". The bedroom was large and comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast is the best we had during our holiday. All the products are locally sourced, therefore they are fresh, from the fruits to the yogurt, from the cheeses to the sausages, from the bread to the Sicilian brioches. You'll find fresh orange juice with mint and a splash of lemon, so refreshing, a perfect Italian coffee, candied orange peels (fresh!!!), raisins from the local area that are crispy and juicy, nuts. On our last breakfast there, Lando also made us the typical cannolo siciliano, a local delicacy. The position is ideal, 5 minutes walk from the sea front and from nice restaurants and bars, 5 minutes drive from the Temple Valley, 20 mins drive from the Turks steps and other beautiful beaches. We could park at the property with no additional costs. We would stay again with Lando if we come back to the area, we really enjoyed everything there. Thank you Lando!!!

The property is basic, clean and spacious rooms. I would return for the breakfast which was outstanding and prepared lovingly by a gentleman named Lando. It was an amazing feast. Too many goodies to mention but it was extensive— and a bit of a surprise. He came over with a glimmer in his eye and asked us if we’d try his cannoli which he prepared for us. It was yummy! Give this place a go. Great value for yummy and you’ll start your day with an amazing breakfast.

Room tidiness was on point, food was prepared freshly on the venue by the owners whom are really lovely we really enjoyed our stay, and they were super helpful especially since we were visiting with our bike. Parking was spacious and super safe.

Nothing it was very amazing stay. I would never complain about such a nice service. The holiday was amazing and we really enjoyed it especially after the long drive with our bike.

Lando is everything you’re looking for in your B&B host. Reliable, friendly. He will go above and beyond to make your stay extra pleasant. He gave us useful tips on the places we had planned to visit, and shared with us local history and traditions. The property is very well kept, very clean, organized, comfortable and beautiful. Breakfast was a feast of local products that will make your taste buds sing! I would highly recommend.

A beautifully furnished room, with gorgeous tiled floor, fresco furniture and the a warm, helpful welcome from the owner, Lando - who even helped me park my car after a long day's drive. Breakfast is homemade with the most delicious tea cake, jams and generous assortment of pastries, cheese etc. Walking distance to main street where eating options are many.

Beautiful B&B. The house is very cozy and welcoming and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. He even lent us a beach umbrella. Parking inside the yard was possible - it’s quite tight though with a bigger car. The rooms were beautiful and our room had a spacious balcony as well. The courtyard was beautiful and could’ve stayed here longer. Nice breakfast with some vegan options (like special coffee with soy milk, jams, bread and fruit).

We had an excellent stay here. Lando was so friendly and helpful. We were met at the gate and welcomed in. The place was easy to find and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. And it was quiet! Breakfast was superb- all local: dried fruits, fresh fruit, freshly squeezed juice, bread, cheeses, yogurt, donuts (kids loved those), latte caldo and cappuccini. It was the healthiest breakfast we had. We were helped with directions and things to do in the area. I highly recommend this house.

Amazing breakfast, worth the stay just for the breakfast. Great location to visit the valley of the temples by car, just a 7 minutes drive. Car can be parked on the B&B premises, safe behind a gate. Complimentary water is available. Can honestly recommend, again, even just for the breakfast. Best we had in our tour around Sicily.

There's just not much else to do in San Leone besides the valley of the temples and the beach.
