The Location.

I didn't like the way of deactivating the room access card before 2 hours of the check-out timing, it happened with me before and again happened with both two booked rooms. I wish not to happened again.

Valet parking system was not good, last couple of days we didn't get parking space inside the premise. We drive and park outside of hotel. They should arrange more parking space for their customers. Currently it is like first come first serve type system they are following. Floor mat was not properly cleaned, it was with full of dust. Still a payment issue is pending with booking.com, not yet resolved it. You guys were deducted twice from my account. First time 1383aed which I got refund from hotel. Second time an unknown deduction of 1426.43aed, I'm also not aware about this, I didn't give any approval for this transaction. Also I paid 1383aed at hotel. Rest of things was like an okay feel.

I noticed that essentials like a hair dryer, shampoo, and a shaving kit were not provided in the room, which would have added to the convenience. However, the hotel's cleanliness, ambiance, and helpful staff still made for a good experience. A bit more attention to these amenities would make the stay even better.

the hotel is excellent, you also get an iron and slippers and a hair dryer and a toothbrush and a small toothpaste, you can ask the staff for everything you need, everyone is very kind, the hotel is clean, on certain days they clean your room and change towels, water and coffee are provided every day days, the rooms are spacious, the bed is very comfortable

the location is a bit worse, for all the attractions you need a bus+metro, you spend 2 hours in one direction, and you get very tired at the end of the day because you spend a total of 5 hours in transport.. the transport is excellently organized, you take bus 310 that goes to the metro, which arrives every 1 min

The staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Emil & Abhijith in the restaurant made sure my mother, who had mobility issues after hip surgery, had her food from the buffet served to her. Manjula, who cleaned our room, did an excellent job and helped above and beyond when the shower drain was slightly clogged. The security would greet my mum and aunt in a friendly way and help with whatever they were carrying when they came back to the hotel and summoned the lift for them .The men at the entrance would help with providing a seat for my mother while they waited for me to come in the car and then they would help her in and out of the car never once did anyone make us feel this was only done for a gratuity as I often didn't even get a chance to offer them something .I can not praise them all enough .

There was no outside seating area.

The staff was very nice at all the places, starting from reception, room service, and especially at the breakfast area. Breakfast is the place where we start the day. tables were cleaned, best of the food, fast refilling, and services at the table. This was beyond expectations. The room was regularly cleaned, fast service, and cooperative. I would name Abhijith, Niyas, and Emil at the breakfast area for their best service and gesture. and the same for Stephin, Sofiane, and Leila. Kudos to all. I would like to revisit and recommend this hotel and especially including breakfast.

Parking space was less, but not good guidance was there.

The staff were great. Mohammed, Umar and Madonna were always helpful and always had smiles and they were always there. Valet parking came in handy everytime the parking was full. The room was huge and really cool. I had everything i needed. A big shopping mall, helpful staff available 24/7, nice big room and they made sure i always had lots of complementary water bottles in the room fridge. My stay was definitely better and nicer than i expected. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks straight and i clearly choose those right hotel. I never doubted choosing the wrong hotel to stay in.

The location could have been better even though there is a shopping mall right in front of the hotel. Being 25mins away from the downtown area made me feel a bit off the map. The security guards in the lounge barely smiled and always had a mean starring face when passing them to go to the elevator. People didnt seem to appreciate them too much, and it was never a right time to tell the reception staff about this since the security guards were standing right next to the reception all the time. Made me feel uncomfortable everytime i needed to go to the elevator honestly. The breakfast was not the greatest. The carrot tasted and looked like wood and the grapes tasted like it was dipped in paint.

The hotel is just near dragon mart. The room very nice and comfortable. The food was very good. All the staff were very nice including housekeeping providing us everything without delay .overall it was a great experience. Will definitely stay here again if visiting Dubai again

Nothing that we didn't like

Location. It's convenient for us to find some Chinese restaurants. Price. It's good.

When I got to the hotel, I couldn't find a parking place. When I asked for help from valet parking, they just pointed to far away and told me park there and then ran away!!!How do I know where itis? If I could find the parking place, I would have done it by myself. The reason for valet parking exists is to support guests to park when we can't do it. Then the manager was so helpful that he told me to leave the key and helped me park.
