Family run and the staff is very friendly. The restaurant and wine bar are great! Easy to get to by train and good public transport options in the Engadine region.

This was the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. All the staff are so lovely and helpful to accommodate our requests. The room is really comfortable, the breakfast is wonderful, it is super close to the train station. The stay includes free entry and towels for the local Spa which is an amazing experience in itself which a magnificent view of the mountains. We didn't have any Swiss adapters and the reception were able to lend us one during our stay! We felt so welcome here and will definitely rebook Hotel Donatz in the future.

Very friendly staff and quickly helped with parking needs. Recommended by nearby family.
Was aware of separate city/tourism tax which I needed to pay separately, by debit card, had I known in advance I could have made sure I had the cash on me.. I'm sorry if they had to front a few cents due to card commission!

Really comfortable hotel, in a great location with a bus stop outside the front door and close to the spa. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, the unlimited access to the spa and the public transport card for all of Overengadine were really great!

Inclusive extensive spa/pool complex.
Extremely expensive compared with all the other (many) hotels I've stayed in in Switzerland, but I guess that's due to its proximity to St. Moritz.

Everything is well thought out. Very close to the bus stops that brings you to the lifts in minutes Reduced ski pass prices and entry to the Samedan thermal bath is included during your entire stay! Very good value for money with no unnecessary frills. I would definitely come again
Slight smell of garbage next to the ski room/garage.

The room and the hotel overall is very nice. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was very kind. Location is very good. It was very quite.
The price is high. However, I couldn't find a better alternative considering the price-performance ratio.
