No frills but comfortable and inexpensive. They provided a travel size shampoo, conditioner and lotion, along with two small bars of soap. At check-in, they provided a "welcome water". The kitchenette was a nice plus, but only the fridge, microwave, sink/counter, table & chairs and 2 plastic glasses; so make sure you bring your plates/utensils. Nice wide parking spaces. Convenient location.

The shower had good pressure and was hot but the spray couldn't be adjusted and hit the back shower wall, so I had to make sure the shower curtain was well in place to prevent water going on the floor. Careful getting in the tub - it might be slippery.

Easy, straightforward, clean space. Loved the fridge and microwave. Lots of counter space. Polite staff. Was surprised to find fresh towels delivered every day! Very nice.

A little worn down around the edges, but overall felt clean and safe. The bed and pillows weren’t great, but passable. It would be nice if the blinds completely blocked out the light, but I put a shirt over my face.

The facility itself has been completely redone from what we could see. The flooring was new and the room was spotless throughout our stay.

The owners need a little help with wifi. They have added additional routers to help with connecting to the internet but haven't added enough bandwidth to allow for normal use (i.e. non-streaming). We used the internet to access websites and read email and had very slow response. I can't imagine what would have happened if we attempted to stream something.

Sparkling clean, good bed, good kitchenette facilities, hosts were friendly, helpful, and busy making sure everything was tip top. The place is a beautifully remodeled vintage hotel. The floors literally shined it was so carefully cleaned. For one of the least expensive hotels in Mesa this place would have been a bargain at a more expensive price.

The units were small but that is to be expected from hotels built during its prime era. Otherwise this place was just right.

We were looking for minimum priced clean, comfortable room without all the amenities we wouldn’t use. This motel met our expectations. Owners very nice, & accommodating. Rooms & property were exceptionally neat, clean & tidy. AC& hot water, fridge, microwave 👍

Small complex 20 rooms, mom and pop, literally, owned. Husband and wife team work the site and do an excellent job. Retro style motel but refurbished and very well maintained. Apache trail was known for many of these small independently owned motels. However, developers have forced many out and now apartments for asu dominate the area. On lite rail route, Makes getting around easy.

No frills, not many extras but comfortable

Mesa Oasis Inn & Motel exceeded our expectations. We stayed there because the price was relatively reasonable considering the season (spring training in baseball). Our stay was pleasant, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Although the motel is old, it has been very well maintained and was extremely clean! It was also quiet enough and comfortable enough, and the wifi worked well.

The Patrons were excellent! Very friendly and courteous. I missed a day that I had reserved. Mesa Oasis Inn contacted me after I was home and referred me on how to get reimbursed from Booking.com, (who were also very helpful), for the day I did not stay, after they had already been paid through booking.com for it. I did not expect this nor did I ask for it. They were courteous enough to be proactive about it and it earned them my next stay in Mesa, AZ. Thank you so much Mesa Oasis Inn

I appreciated the customer service , I asked for am early check-in and the employees had a room ready for me by 10:30am. I really appreciated them taking the time to make me feel appreciated as a repeat customer. I would recommend this place to anyone. The area , well not the best , but for sure, felt safe though

The motel has humble accommodations but had everything we needed for our stay, a comfortable bed, a decent tv, a decent shower, a microwave and a mini-fridge. Would stay again due to it being a good value compared to the crazy prizes of other hotels during spring training.
