⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at this B&B! The location is perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Breakfast was served fresh everyday . The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Another big plus: we could park our car directly in front of the door, which made everything so convenient. Highly recommended

Le Rose B&B is a small and cozy B&B just outside the city centre of Olbia. The B&B has only 3 rooms but have all the commidities that you would need during your stay. Such example would be, but not limited to: fridge in the room, air condition, newly renovated bathroom, iron for smoothing clothes, duschcreme/shampoo/conditioner, WI-FI and serveral fresh towels in different sizes. Anne, the hostess is a very friendly and hospitable owner. As for breakfast there is a wide variety of italian standard breakfast (yoghurt, buns, crossaints, fruits, juice). However, if asked you can get some more continental breakfast or even some hard bread & whole grain bread (as we did :-) The location of the B&B is right next to the bus stops that would take you to the city centre or nearby beaches. The bus rides differ between 10-12 minutes to 30 minutes depending on which beach and direction you are going to. A tip during the high season is that go with the early buses to the more popular beaches, because it can get full pretty fast. The same way goes on the way back, perhaps wise to choose an earlier bus home. If you have a vehicle, there is a small driveway in the back perfect to park your car or vespa (as we did). The room also have a small patio and strings to dry your wet towels and swimwear.

The room had a 12" TV with only italian channels on it. After a long day in Olbia or at the beach and if you want to spend the last hours of your day watching a TV-show; it would be nice with a 22" SMART-TV for Netflix or streaming from your device. Also the bedlinens could have hotel standards with cotton satin. But hey, that's just luxury isn't it :)?

Breakfast was rich continental with fruit, pastries, yogurts , cold cuts, great coffee/ tea , juices , cheese . The place is super clean. I stayed here before as it's near the airport and next to the bus stop with a mini market next. It's a very convenient location for late arrivals, and early morning departures. Very quiet at night, good sleep.

It's not a holiday B and B but a stopover.

We stayed just one night and for that it was perfect. Nothing too fancy or spacious, however beautifully decorated and clean. Breakfast predominantly sweet but several choices. I appreciate the AC!

The room was spacious and clean, breakfast was super and the staff was very friendly. Great location as well, not a long walk to the city centre but close to the bus stop and a big supermarket.

I was staying in room 3 which has windows on the busy road. During the night it was ok, but otherwise it was very busy and sometimes a bit loud.

Service was great, Check In also. Short but perfect stay.

The Bed wasnt really Hard, but this is an individual taste. It worked for me, but my Fiance didnt like it.

Our room was very cute, everything was somehow rosy and pink. Easy access to the B&B, it's very close to the airport. The owner was really sweet and helpful.

Nights were a little noisy because of the busy street right next to the B&B

Breakfast was excellent, location very good for our purposes. Airport bus stop outside was an unexpected bonus. Staff very accommodating of our late arrival and very friendly.

Bed was a bit too hard.

The accommodation was nice and clean. Arrival in the late evening ( 23:00 ) there wasn´t problem and Mrs left a key for us in the box. There are two bus stops right next to the apartment (for the airport or the beach).
