The room is tidy, air conditioner is good, toilet is clean, overall check in and check out is quick and no fuss

Mattresses need update, there are spots on the bedsheets, the comforter needs update. Entertainment(TV unit) is not working properly, its either you have it working or just dont bother.

The electric outlet doesn't fit our 220V charger, so I was not able to charge my laptop. You should expect this from your Filipino clients.

One evening for a couple of hours I could smell cigarette fumes coming through the aircon, probably from people smoking outside near the air intake.

Great cleanliness and hospitality. Near to LRT and easy to reach nearest malls.

Room is a bit small. Too little space to perform pray for muslim so we had to pray on the bed. Tv totally no channel to watch. So if your phone is out of battery, you will nothing else to do beside sleeps.

The location is why I stayed. The room was basic but did the job.

Tv didn’t have anything in English. At least some news or something to listen to.
