We thought that the staff had very good team rapport and appeared to enjoy their work. Breakfasts were excellent with a good variety of local produce together with standard fare. The location was perfect for us being just off the major road network. A short journey into the main town for dinner.

We only were provided with 2 medium sized towels & no hand towels. Our keycard had to be reprogrammed twice during our stay.

Hotel us a Tesla Charger location which makes it a perfect stop over if you are crossing France…

A little date perhaps, but all equipment clean and functional. Breakfast room has been refreshed and is really nice now.

The rooms were quite and the breakfast had a lot of choices. In particular, I liked the fact that some products (cheese mainly) came from local producers.

The level of humidity in the room was very high and using the air conditioning didn't make it better.

the staff were very helpfully and look after me , could not fault the 2 lady’s The food was good but the breakfast was more then you could ask for well worth having , best I had in a long time . well done to the 2 lady’s they made my stay so much better

just off motorway yet surrounded by lovely rural location ( 10 min drive into Avallon itself). nice touches at this ibis - guitar to play - area for children - excellent and reasonably priced restaurant - friendly staff - very comfortable beds - outdoor seating .

Everything. Pre- staff arrangements very well handled. The room was spotless the staff friendly and helpful and Dinner and Breakfast were excellent. The stay was very good value and I would fully recommend this hotel to all.

Handy for autoroute, quiet, comfortable, clean, friendly staff.

Very friendly and efficient welcome and check-in. Restaurant now has fixed menus which you book as soon as you arrive - good choice of courses.

We missed not having bottled water in our room. As it happened there was a group of 35 rugby players from Caen, which rather overwhelmed the rest of the visitors.

Just off the motorway, ideal for a quick stop over.

Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
