Considering the price, they offer a great deal. Quite a bit walk if you’re taking the train, but very convenient for the bus (the bus stop is just in front of the hotel). Location wise, it’s perfect. A lot of popular shops nearby, and it’s next to the main road. As a girl, I fell safe traveling alone at night. Every deals includes free breakfast.

I like it but it’s because I also stayed at Toyoko Inn Busan station 1 so I couldn’t give the same 10/10 rating as the service they offered their are a bit better 😂

Tiny but clean. I wasn’t sure about the bathroom, on photos it looked strangely yellow, but it appeared to be good and clean, its just the color of the plastic itself. WiFi was very good, 200+ Mbps. Funny enough this hotel with visually tiny windows had almost the biggest ones among half a dozen hotels I've stayed in Seoul on my trip, even though other hotels were sometimes three times more expensive. Location is perfect of course. The oldest bunsik in Gangnam appeared to be within walking distance. Look it up on Youtube, you will not regret. I will consider staying in Toyoko hotel chain from now on, bought a membership :-) The worst part was a pillow, it felt like it was stuffed with some grains. Breakfast was as bad as you would expect from free breakfast in a cheap hotel, but if you need to eat something, you will not get sick.

Pillow was horrible. It was firm as hell and felt like it was stuffed with some rubber grains warped in a plastic bag on with they put a pillowcase. And there was only one pillow. Elevators are a pain. If you live on a high floor, it can take ages to go down in the morning. Note that check-in starts at 16:00, and check-out is before 10:00.

Very convenient location, near to Gangnam Subway Station from which you can go anywhere in the city. It’s the second time I’ve chosen this hotel for it’s facilities. Single rooms are small but comfortable. Clean bed sheets, bathroom with separate shower, clean towels and complimentary water bottle every day. Fridge, kettle included. Washing machine and dryer at reception at a very good price (2000krw for washing 35 minutes and 1000krw for drying) Welcoming staff and 24h reception service.

Breakfast is mostly korean dishes. Walls were a bit dirty with old wallpaper and room cleaning once in four days, if not otherwise requested. Had a problem with the toilet being clogged, but the staff resolved it quickly. Single rooms don’t have a great view, windows being in the backyard.

The hotel is on the main street, 5 minutes walk from Gangnam Station and underground mall. Good connection by subway to most areas. The room was spacious, great window view, very clean. The bed was very comfortable with interesting pillows. Bathroom small but clean, free toiletries, free skincare, washing machine and dryer in the lobby, very convenient and cheap. Nice and helpful staff. The breakfast area was downstairs, very dark area with no air, mostly asian dishes, only toast and butter, but no knife or forks.

The highlight was the remarkably comfortable bed, although it's worth noting that a wardrobe was noticeably absent, replaced instead by a cloth rail. Additionally, the bathroom was clean and functional, featuring an Asian-style toilet with an electronic toilet seat and built-in bidet function. The Toyoko Inn also provides guests with nightgowns, toiletries, and other essentials. Conveniently, the airport bus stop is located right outside the hotel, with bus number 6009 connecting Incheon Airport to the hotel (the bus fare is around 16.000 Won). The breakfast experience was a highlight of my stay, offering a diverse spread of Korean and Asian dishes, including rice and kimchi. Alternatively, guests can opt for toast, croissants, butter, and marmalade. In conclusion, my stay at Toyoko Inn Seoul Gangnam was thoroughly enjoyable, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul, particularly those interested in the vibrant Gangnam district.

The reception staff were undeniably polite, though somewhat reserved. I presume this demeanor aligns with the cultural norms of Korean hospitality. Apart from this observation, there were no noteworthy complaints during my stay.

It is located in the Gangnam area, which is known because of the Gangnam style. Within 10 10-minute walk, we can access metro number 2 and another line (I forgot the name). In front of the hotel, we can also get on the buses. It is very, very convenient in terms of transportation. The COEX mall is three stations away from the hotel -- we can spend a whole day there shopping and having great food. There are a few restaurants along the main street. There are also convenience stores (7-11), ice cream, milk tea, and so on along the backstreet, which is on the west side of the hotel. The facility is very nice, except that the hot water in the bathroom needs some time before it pumps out from the tap. Sometimes I need to wait for one hour, and the hot water suddenly comes. The staff does not know the reason either. The breakfast is delicious! I really enjoyed it.

The staff were very helpful and lovely. The location was excellent. The bed itself was comfortable. The water fountain at reception and daily water bottle were great. My husband enjoyed the included breakfast available.

The pillows were rock hard, I had to buy another one from a store. The rooms and bathrooms were very small. There was no wardrobe or draws to put your clothes so we had to live out of our suitcases for the 5 nights, which meant moving the furniture around so we had space. I asked for another towel on the day I washed my hair but we were only allocated 2 towels.

when checking in to the hotel at 8.40pm, I informed the reception staff that id lost my phone at the airport and i was required to be at a meeting the following morning at 8am! The receptionist went above and beyond for me; she called the airport (lost and found) immediately but due to closing time being 20 minutes away, nothing was logged for a lost phone. The receptionist assured me that she would call the airport again first thing in the morning. She also located the address of my meeting and booked me a taxi. 7.50am the following morning, the same receptionist informed me that she called the airport and that they had found my phone and my taxi is 4 minutes away. I cant praise and thank her enough; she is an absolute credit to Toyoko Inn!! - and yes... my phone was handed in at lost and found at the airport!
