The property is a calm oasis with a good sized pool and beautiful pine and olive trees. The restaurant offers excellent food and the breakfast is very good. Its a great place to get away from it all but its quiet, deliberately so. Its located about 20 minutes from Noto with steep winding roads to traverse if you want to get into town. In the other direction its about 25 minutes to Palazzollo Aceide.

If there could be some snacks around because its a long way to the nearest supermarket. The walls of the apartment was thin and/or the pipes old so when our neighbours got up to have a shower, we were up too.

Very peaceful location- you need a car to arrive and get around in this place. The property is surrounded by beautiful olive and carbuba trees and the swimming pool is large and well maintained. Bedrooms a hood size, very simple furnishings as befits the country location. Don't expect extras like Bath robes and slippers or fancy toiletries. The rooms very very fresh and clean, serviced once a day, although due the high number of client comings and goings you may have to wait until the end of the day for a roll of toilet paper ! The staff very friendly especially Tessa - some could have made a little more effort when servicing drinks, by actually bringing them to the table. The restaurant was excellent and one of the best hotel restaurants in Sicily I have visited so far. Breakfast was a large buffet affair, the only disappointment was the powdered juice ( shame when Sicily in the land of the citrus fruit ! )

The bed was very hard

Very comfortable room - beautiful gardens - lovely pool area - although the hotel was full it never seemed too busy - excellent food - breakfast buffet was lovely - good selection - dinner menu was great - plenty of choice & everything was delicious 😋 Beautiful wines - brilliant service from Marco, Antonio & Christian (and all the staff) - very close to Noto - beautiful in late afternoon/ evening sunlight

Nothing - very relaxing & enjoyable week

A beautiful green and quiet resort with a great restaurant and a large pool. There is a wonderful outdoor spa section with three smaller pools as well. Our room was spacious and very clean, and had all amenities for our three-day stay. Excellent and helpful staff and great, great food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available at the resort. Be sure to make dinner reservations on time if you visit in the high season. The Masseria is located at a 20 minute drive from Noto. We would certainly consider to return!

The ambient is beautiful, very quiet and relaxing. We visited in October, temperature was around 24C during the day, and the pool was still open, little cooler but was still good for some swimming. The breakfast and dinner was great, and they always had some gluten and lactose free solutions as well. The location is easily accessible with any type of car, no dumpy roads nearby.

We had difficulty changing the temperature of aircondition. Also when set in cooler mode, it was issuing warm air.

I stayed 4 nights at Masseria degli Ulivi and loved every moment. The place is stunning, surrounded by nature and full of charm. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, the pool beautiful and relaxing, and the atmosphere overall so peaceful. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the person at the bar made every evening special with such kindness and wonderful local drinks — truly the perfect way to end each day. Highly recommended!

Pleasant quiet campus with well designed accommodation and nice well maintained grounds and pool.

Bar and drinks area could have been better staffed and stocked with basic drinks like pre dinner still wines. A little more variety in evening menu offer - same for 7 days.

The property was really nice, the staff were very helpful and the food was amazing. A real treat and ideal location to rest and enjoy.

in general, everything at this hotel was of a very good standard if I have to make a small comment on something to improve would be the quality of the tennis equipment they hire (racquets and tennis balls) for which we paid €10 per hour to use in their tennis court (which was very nice), but the equipment was so very old and in such bad state, it was almost embarrassing. Perhaps nobody has used it since 20 years ago. The balls were actually disintegrating. Apart from that… and given the fact we were very happy with everything else, we overlooked this and had an overall good experience there.

The masseria was really calm and peaceful. From breakfast to dinner, relaxation was key. The nights were so silent… The pool area is very beautiful and the rooms are very nice and well styled. We had dinner in the restaurant 5 times and everything on the menu was great. And then the wines: heaven.

The bathroom has plenty of space and a double shower, but could use some more storage space and a towel rack.

Really beautiful building and grounds with a lovely pool to relax by. The restaurant also had fantastic food.

A little more information when checking in around breakfast, check out process, facilities, etc would have have been great.
