Facility is modern and comfy room

It was dirty under the bed. We arrived the room was not prepared and after the cleaner the bins were still containing items thrown by previous clients and also under the bed was so dirty. We did tell reception who told is they will make sure to fix it for next customers.

Nice, big and clean room. the bed was comfy. Free parking, safe and peaceful location.

We had only one toilet paper role and towel per person, there was no hair dryer. Compared to other ibis hotels I've been to (e.g. in Bilbao or Berlin), this one had a much weaker offer for breakfast. Some service was lacking, such as no soap (it was not refilled) in the shower.

The staff was absolutely awesome. I needed some extra coordination to be able to get there as well as do some sightseeing on a Sunday and they really came through, retrieving my bags at a train stop and then getting me to the aeroport super early the next day! Plus, they had breakfast available at 4am! The comfort and great staff definitely exceeded my expectations for a bit of an economy hotel, compared to the others (and their pricing) nearby.

I'm not sure what kind of bug was in the bed, but there was something that bit me, unfortunately.

Everything was very nice. The location is near to the airport and it was good for us. The car parking is really comfortable, just outside the hotel. The room was comfort and clean. I recommend this hotel and i will prefer stay here again in the future.

The comfort, the cleanliness

The young girl at the reception that stay on her phone (social networks) that doesn’t say hello back when a family turns up with too kids trying to educate them good manners. Just had two interactions with this young lady and she seems bothered to be talked too. The young man was, on the other hand, very helpful and up to the standard of the hotel

It's a very nice and new hotel, and I absolutely loved the Asian buffet next to the hotel! That is one of the biggest ones I've ever been to, and I had wine with my food and it was very affordable!

The placement is for you if like a quiet place, and there is a nearby lake that is nice for a walk. There is nothing really that I didn't like about the hotel

The hotel is new, close to the airport and was exactly as described. It dis have a hairdryer and the parking was free and had lots of free spaces.

Noticed a few small holes in the sheets and some dust on the floor. Cleaning the floor could be better.

Breakfast was simple but fine- the location near the airport was perfect provided one has a car. The hotel is super quiet.

The muzak in the lobby was unnecessary and very bad. No music at all would have been much better...

The room was cleaner and more comfortable than I thought it would be. It really did feel like home away from home. A restaurant serving buffet lunch and dinner is located next door.

The internet service in the rooms is slow.

Gorgeous brand new spanking new, and close to lots of good restaurants in a new little development in the suburbs.

We were a little confused about our reservation, and accidentally went to the two other Ibis hotels closer to the airport first. Our bad, but perhaps that could be clarified a little bit.
