Really clean and the room has a desk if you need to work or whatever. There is also a room with washing machines, soap dispenser and vending machines in the 3rd floor.

Nice but old hotel. Everything is really well preserved but you can still tell that it's been quite some time since the last renovation as some basics like plug next to bed and an AC (you still got building wide heating and cooling) are not present. Also, I was 4 minutes late for check out because of the guy in front of me and the system still charged me for that, it would be cool if there was a grace period.

Hotel located from Odori Subway Station through the Raccoon Street shopping street. Restaurants and convenience stores are located along the way, Great location, just a 10-minute walk to downtown Susukino Compared to other hotels in the neighborhood, the hotel is inexpensive and has a full range of amenities, making it easy to use for business trips.

Inexpensive, so it gets booked up quickly. There is a washing machine but no facility to dry clothes naturally, so it is better to bring a laundry rope when going with functional clothes.

Clean rooms, area has cafes around, room space is decent, you can move freely. affordable stay, nice workers.

centralized heater during winter season (December 2024). Room gets very very hot and you cannot adjust it to make it cooler since the heater is activated in the whole building. Location quite far from downtown sapporo/ susukino area. you have to walk 750-850m to get to the restaurants and train station. Bus stop is 550m away. So it was kind of tiring to spend a long day outside and still need to walk a distance

Location-wise, it is near the shopping street/market and can be reached by walking which helps when you want to stroll around when you check-in in the hotel. The hotel staff is very accommodating since you can go there early before your check-in time and they will allow you to leave your luggages so you can explore the nearby places and just come back in your check-in time - same goes for check-out. Room-wise, it is your typical room for 2 which has a nice bed and a private restroom. You can get your amenities in the reception area (e.g. toothbrush/toothpaste, razor, bags, etc.). There's also a breakfast buffet worth 800 yen for guest (as of 11-Feb) with delicious food. The best part of Hotel Raffinato in my opinion is the hotel receptionists especially those who are in the afternoon shift because they were very helpful to us because when we arrived (at 11-Feb around 02:00PM JST), my boyfriend was not feeling well (vomiting and fever) and the receptionists especially the woman around her 40s (sorry as we were not able to get her name!), went above and beyond to help us immediately to connect to the nearest and open (because it was a Sunday) clinic/hospitals so we can do a check-up with a doctor.

There's this hotel hidden away at the back of Tanuki Koji in Sapporo. It's an older hotel but it's really well-kept and clean. It's within walking distance from Odori Subway Station and Susukino Subway Station, making its location super reasonable for the price. I'd definitely recommend it.

The bathtub's a bit on the small side, but if you're just taking a shower, it should be fine. It's a bummer that there aren't any power outlets near the bed. Having an extension cord about 2 meters long would be pretty handy.

The breakfast is buffet style and really delicious. The staff is very friendly. Since the bed was a normal-sized bed (not queen size), there was enough space in the room for my large suitcase and I still could walk in the room.

The hotel met my requirements. The location was very good, you can quickly walk to Odori Park and the main train station is not far away. My Japanese is not perfect, but the staff was very friendly and there were no problems. The highlight was definitely the breakfast; there was a large selection of different food. There was rice, miso soup, fried noodles, scrambled eggs, toast (and toaster), croissants, milk rolls, jam, pickled vegetables, meatballs, fish and so on. There were also many fruit juices and other drinks. The room was cleaned every day. A good hotel, fair value for money.

Although the hotel is dated, the room condition was not bad. The hotel was very quiet and clean.

Twin room was very small. The bathroom was so tiny. There was no USB port and the power point was located at the end of beds as the hotel was designed long time ago.

The location was great and the staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a bit old but very well kept, they have a welcome drink, and the laundry room has a vending machine for soap, which I highly appreciate cause I keep forgetting to get one

The location was good to get to the central areas, and also it was easy to find many restaurants and convenience stores.

The facility looks older than I expected, but it was fine to stay overnight.
