The location was perfect. We absolutely loved the balcony and literally could have sat out there from sunrise until midnight. The condo was the perfect set up for our family. Our 7 year old loved the bunk beds and we loved that everything was close quarters. The bed in the master was the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on. The hosts were amazing. They were so helpful, very responsive and 100% wanted our trip to be perfect. The condo had everything we needed from toiletries to cookware, appliances, extra blankets, beach towels…you name it! We’ve been home 4 days now and are still talking about it and missing it. We can’t wait to go back.

We had a couple of hiccups with the complex amenities (WiFi and elevators) but neither had anything to do with the condo itself and were out of the control of the hosts. We texted them at 9:30 at night on a Saturday and they responded immediately with an update. None of the hiccups would hinder us from going back!

Great view and location. Safe place. Very clean. Everything closed by. It had everything we needed in the kitchen coffee pot, utensils. bathroom plenty of towels, room extra blankets and pillows. Elevator was working good. Didn’t have any problems. I had a few concerns at first after reading some reviews but I contact the owner and got everything clear out. Fast response. My experience was great definitely booking again.

I really loved the walking distance to the beach and I loved that they had showers on the property property outside that we could use before we went back into the condo. The pool was also amazing.

The only thing I didn’t like about this property was whoever the housekeepers were that cleaned before we came. They left a dirty spatula in the drawer and then they left an egg filled like sponge in the sink. Also, the toaster oven was disgusting, but I made sure to deep clean it and once I did, it was, fine to use

The location was amazing! We were able to walk to the beach several times each day. We were on the quieter end of the seawall, so the traffic was not as bad. The unit had everything that we needed and was comfortable. And an ocean view!

The staff at the front were not the most welcoming. The very first staff member I spoke to while trying to check in/pay our fees just looked at me like I was bothering her. She didn't say a word to me until I explained why I was there. The physical appearance of the buildings were a bit worse for wear, and the elevator sounded like it was falling apart. The apartment was wonderful for the most part! My husband is very particular about the floors being clean, and even he was impressed! But we did find several little hairs in the bathroom...including a long black one in the tub with my son (none of us have long black hair).

The condo was decorated beautifully. Loved the balcony and the view. Was great having a super Walmart across the street. We rented a golf cart for the two days we stayed. However, we didn't get out money worth from this as the weather was exceptionally cold. I'm talking temps almost at freezing level. It was very easy to get a UBER to bring us to the Cruise Port in the morning. The laundromat was clean and cheap to wash/dry.

The pullout mattress was NOT comfortable at all. It needs to be a much thicker mattress. You could feel the metal bar right in the middle of your back.

Cozy...clean...fresh...amenities well stocked..easy access to elevator and parking....great first experience of condo on beach instead of hotels....Walmart across street..all needs meet..very timely responses to questions asked of owners by text and phone

No dislikes

The property was in a great location and I felt safe with it being gated.

Unfortunately, we did experience workers working on the roof that woke us up each morning, but that was completely out of the owners control. They were very kind when we spoke about it and tried their best to find out any information to remedy the issue.

The security and gated surroundings made you feel safe. The condo was also well taken care of, and the comfort was amazing. I would like to stay there again. I have no complaints. It had a lot of space for a family of four, as described on the listing.

We wouldn't change anything. Overall, we had a great experience during our stay there.

The location was near shopping, restaurants and the beach. I always felt safe in the gated complex and each unit has a locked gate in additon to the locks on the door.

The weather was not ideal for outside activites, it was windy and cold. Would have liked to try out one of the swimming pools.

EVERYTHING ! The accommodation was perfect, clean, homely, and a great location. A perfect fit for a small family. With the beach over the road, a Walmart next door, and private parking......what more could you ask.

The only issue we had was that the lift was out of order but that was repaired by our 2nd day.
