Clean and comfortable Staff was polite and courteous.

My door did not latch, it was easily unlocked to open. This concerned me because I was alone.

Clean soft towels, soft bed, emenities were great. Only used room to sleep. Quiet. Good handicap rails.

Soda machine did not take bills. To long a drive to work. But still lower price than Urbana. College week prices through the roof.

No elevator and room was hot when we got in took a while to cool down.

Staff were super friendly and check-in/out was easy.

Not many breakfast items - only coffee and milk to choose from for beverages. The blankets on one of the beds appeared to have cigarette burn holes.

It was cozy and the staff was very friendly and caring. My tv remote was not working so I called the front and he asked if I could bring it up. He changed the battery then fallowed me back to the room to make sure it worked. It still did not work so he was very apologetic about the situation and replaced the remote with another one. The hole time he was apologizing for it not working saying he does his best to make sure everyone is happy with their stay. Great people.

I wish the beds were a little bigger. I am use to a queen size bed and they were full size but we made it work just fine. It was still very comfortable.
