Excellent friendly staff, very responsive to even minor needs. Super quiet. Loved slider for bathroom...quiet/not squeaky! Excellent layout, but could use a 2nd chair. Inn was well laid out with plenty of room for breakfast area + little side "cafe' nooks. Terrific breakfast buffet; clean, people were never elbowing one another due to too little space & there was a good size crowd with all tables filling up. 24 hour coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar was so nice! Architects & designers did a first rate job. We've already told others about this great find.

We had trouble holding the temperature of our room. We used thermostat to heat,/warm it up a bit & it kept reverting back to air conditioning...so numerous thermostat adjustments.

I love how friendly and helpful the staff always are whenever we stay here. The rooms are always clean and the hot and fresh breakfast changes everyday. Even when no one is immediately at the counter you will never have to wait more than at most a minute for someone to assist you. Thank you all so much for everything you do, it really makes the stay so relaxing and memorable. Since the first time we stayed here about 3 years ago, we have never stayed anywhere else when we come to town. Hampton Inn will definitely leave a lasting memory that you won't soon forget.

My only thing that I wish was different was that they would also serve a complimentary dinner as well as a breakfast. I believe that having that extra little thing would be amazing for a lot of the patrons.

The location was good for what we needed. That bathroom was nice and clean, fully stocked in case you forgot something. The room had plenty of storage and a mini fridge.

The beds weren't very comfortable and the pillows were so thin you had to use 3 just to make it feel like 1. Breakfast on Saturday morning sucked. Sundays wasn't too bad.

It was pretty annoying that I requested an extension on my reservation on your website (booking.com) only to find out that it was not accepted although your website (booking.com) chatted me and said the night was extended. I feel as if Booking.com messed this up and caused the inconvenience of being checked out unexpectedly. Something I’d never expected from a website like Booking. Happy that the staff at the Hampton were very accommodating.

The facility was fine and what one would expect from Hampton. The problems listed below were very promptly resolved by Ms Williams as soon as she became aware of the issues. She exemplifies the professionalism of management staff for the Hampton inn.

There was a problem with finding my reservation. It was not found and I could not make contact with booking.com in a timely manner because I kept getting message tha all agents were busy and the wait time was long. The hotel did have room availability, however my reservation was prepaid and I had to pay to secure the room. The clerk was hard to find when I arrived at the facility.

Everything, i grew up here. Didn't always live here myself but my family does. Originally from Redmon, and I love the country. Its a great location. Everyone is so kind. Very happy we chose to come back here instead of going elsewhere.

The staff was so friendly they made sure to greet my hyper active 4 yr old by name and made it personal. I appreciated that so much as a lot of people dismiss him, it was so refreshing to have the staff single him out and conversate with him. To which he slowed down and responded. I feel my child gained some communication skills with the staff and for that alone i will be back! Phenomenal staff! Pool is heated and the breakfast was great, workout room surpassed my needs!

No hot tub/jacuzzi

Excellent breakfast. Very clean facility, quiet, comfortable. Adequate parking. Nice patio out back. Close to location we were visiting. Staff suggested a nearby restaurant for dinner which was very good.

I have no suggestions. Excellent visit!

Great location. Appears to be newly renovated. Patio and fire pit was nice to enjoy setting out and enjoying the evening.

Bed was a bit hard for our liking, but that is a matter of preference.

It was quiet, the breakfast was really nice and facility was clean. The help was friendly and courteous. We had a very full weekend with a convention and two wedding parties staying there .
