We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. It is located just outside the southern gate from where you can walk to the old town of Khiva. Rooms are very spacious, we booked a family room and it was 2 rooms connected by a door, so we had plenty of space. Beds are big and confy (bare in mind they are hard), air conditioning works well and if you put it in night time mode, you can leave it on through the night. Bathrooms both with bathtub, no shower, so it is not suitable for elderly. They offer bathropes and decent quality towels. Furniture and decor is the opposite of European standard but it is just a different style. Very nice swimming pool helpful for families with kids. Staff is helpful and they speak English. They offer free bottles of mineral water.

Buffet breakfast with a big range of items, but they should improve the quality of the bread they are offering (hard as a stone). Things to be improved the amenities, they should have big dispensers and not old tiny bottles. Rooms are covered in carpet but it does not smell like dust, on the contrary, very clean smell.

We had a fantastic stay in Asia hotel. The proximity to the gate of the old center, just 200m from one of the entry gates, makes its location perfect. The hotel is spacious, rooms are large and clean and have style, beds are comfortable and it’s quiet. The pool area is really nice, the water is clean, no hesitation to go for a swim. Staff is super friendly, allowing access to the room on the early morning after our night flight arrival which was super. And for arranging a transfer to the train station when we left. Very hospitable and friendly staff. I highly recommend staying at the Asia Khiva hotel! This was our first night in Uzbekistan. The only improvement to make would be the breakfast, it’s functional, there is enough choice but not delicious.

Located just outside the south gates, two wee shops (one sells beer) less than five minutes walk away. Five minutes or less walk to where it’s all happening? It’s quiet there now. People lovely and don’t bother you. Hotel Asia Khiva. Staff lovely. Pool clean and located amongst gardens. Our room large and clean. Breakfast plentiful. Buffet dinner recommend US $10 pp. Hotel seems to cater for tourist buses. Ordered taxi to airport US $15. I purchased a hand made silk rug from Zafarbek, Toshoulatov Street, Khiva. Lovely honest people. Recommend

The location of the hotel is just perfect, in front of the South Gate. It has a lovely garden and a refreshing pool. The rooms are of reasonable size, with good air conditioning, strong water pressure and comfy beds. Even more importantly, the staff is extremely helpful, they will do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I would say one of the best service we saw during our 2-week tour of Uzbekistan. The choice for breakfast was reasonable, even with rye bread.

I loved everything! it was a wonderful hotel in Khiva. I’m so glad I went there. It’s located right outside the walls in front of the southern gate (but remember to get in the first time you should go through the western gate, 5 min walk to buy your ticket). There are 5 buildings in the hotel all connected by beautiful gardens and places to sit. There’s also this wonderful pool and a bar and it was great to cool down after sightseeing all day in the heat. The room was big, comfortable, clean and has everything you needed. it was very quiet! Breakfast was buffet style and had everything you could possibly want. it was very good. My flight was in the evening and they let me stay till 8pm in my bedroom no extra charge. Thank you!!! it was a great stay, I highly recommend it!

The location, the pool, the gardens and the size of the suite.

It gets light very early in the morning. The curtains are almost transparent. URGENT NEEDS A BLACK OUT CURTAIN. Being a suite, the bathroom and the office desk should have been in the living room and not in the bedroom. Breakfast is free but if you want a american coffee or expresso is 3 euros.

Very friendly and professional staff, went the extra mile: allowed early check.in and late check-out, advised the taxi driver I'd forgotten a bag in the room and we came back to pick it up. Very good room upgrade to suite due to my "Genius" 2 or 3? level status in Booking.com. Very nice garden with lots of flowers. Didn't test the swimming pool (water color wasn't very inviting)

Just small thinks which make whole picture…At the pool no service. Have to go to bar. Missing smiles at the staffs faces. Not seem happy

Hotel Asia is a bit more expensive than I would normally choose, but I needed some extra comforts, and Hotel Asia certainly delivered! Spacious room, immaculate, superior linens and a very helpful staff. And I wouldn't normally recommend buffet dining, but the breakfast and dinner buffets are exceptionally good. Great value all around.

Wonderful surprise . A fine star oriental hôtel . Perfectly located next and view on the city. Staff was more than attentive to all your needs. We warmly recommand this stop in Khiva
