The employees are very kind and welcoming. Clean and well kept facilities. The rooms have a lot of outlets, counters, tables, hooks in the bathroom, there's a place for all of your stuff. Safe location. Parking lot is convenient and easy to get to. Lobby has a bunch of snacks and amenities if you forgot something. Full gym area, nice pool table, lots of seating for the breakfast, nice pool room. Bed is stiff but surprisingly comfortable.

The walls are paper thin. You can hear the bed creaking in the next room, people walking down the hallways, others tvs. The room ac is on eco mode and cannot be changed from that so it turns on and off throughout the night, and as a fan sleeper, I woke up everytime it shut off. The doors don't lock/latch correctly. The first room we were put it, 208, the door didn't latch closed and you could just push it open. Only way you can make it latch was to lift the entire door up. The employees were very kind and helpful with this and helped us move to a different room. We got moved to 211, which the door latches fine but won't lock with the deadbolt unless you lift the door. The blanket on the bed is paper thin and a weird material, feels like a curtain more than a blanket.

The breakfast was fantastic!!! We loved the pool very warm. Beds were actually comfortable. Close to the concert venue !!

They had us in an handicap accessible room, which means the shower was also handicap accessible. The water was running into the living space, soaking the carpet. We brought this concern to the manager, and they dismissed it said it's supposed to do that. We didn't think so, as we could t wear socks or go barefoot due to the water soaking the carpet

This place has a homey, fun vibe. As soon as you walk thru the door, it just feels different. A friendly person, wearing comfy clothes greeted us, got us checked in and talked to us on a human being level. I don't travel and stay in hotels very often. I can say I am always treated respectfully by Hotel reception but at this place, there was an element of warmth along with the respect! It would be my first choice if I am ever in the area again.

The Location!!!

The Bathroom Door wouldn’t stay open it kept closing automatically. The iron was cheap and spilled water out when you put it in for the steam. I had to press some dress clothes because I came for an over night stay for a funeral. I thought the price for the value was high and I wasn’t happy about that. I stayed there because other family booked there. It was close to the funeral home. Breakfast wasn’t that good for it being a Hilton. I’ve had better! Very disappointed!

The weekend was relatively quiet, hotel was mostly empty Friday night and still not terribly busy on Saturday, which gave my toddler and I plenty of freedom and peace and quiet for the weekend!

The blinds in my room didn't work. There wasn't even a way to try to adjust or raise them

I really liked Drew the front desk worker he was super friendly, thorough and he made sure we were happy with our room.

The pillows could of been cleaner maybe add some bleach to the laundry.

Staff was very good and the general facility was very nice

The guide was not working on the TV was not working nor was there a paper guide to be able to swith channels easily. The window covering was not operable so we could not look out or open the window.

I liked the cleanliness, modern design and confert of the bed. The location is good as well close to most places and sevices in the area.

I didn't like that the room doesn't have a closet or a microwave. Also the room cleaning does not come daily. it would good to make the checkout at 12 insead of 11 am.

The staff was great! Thus morning a lady who takes care of the breakfast area was funny, nice, and professional. We will come again! 👍🏾

There was nonthing I didn’t like everthing was good I did hate that I couldn’t go swimming but I will next time I y’all make me feel like home
