They facility and staff are amazing, clean, and fresh. Free brakefest. They will bring you what you need when you ask. Full-size body washes shampoo and conditioner. Beds are comfortable and clean. Everything is white and clean. Staff is polite and ready to help.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of homeless people who hang around. They broke into my car and took all my stuff police and staff couldn't help. They tell them to leave but they always come back. Make sure you lock up your car and don't leave anything worth value in your car.

We requested a wheelchair accessible room with a roll-in shower. The room was spacious, and my husband was able to maneuver around easily in his manual wheelchair. The restroom was very large, with a sliding door for privacy. The shower had a built-in shower seat, and a hand-held shower head with the controls within reach of the bench. There was a well-lit vanity with a sink outside of the bathroom, with room for my husband to roll right up and under the vanity. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was quite good, with freshly prepared cheese omelets, potatoes, muffins, toast, cold cereals, make-your-own waffle station, and assorted juices and coffee. This hotel has a very charming common patio area with a fireplace where you can enjoy an outdoor seating area. There is a pool, which we did not use. This hotel is located very close to freeway access.

The fan in the bathroom was very noisy and came on automatically when you turned on the light in the bathroom. Our room had a desk chair, but no other type of seating. We felt extremely safe while staying at this location, but this hotel is not located in a walking-friendly neighborhood. There are very few places to get a bite to eat in really close proximity, but a 15-minute drive will get you to lots of options.

I appreciated that the 10pm time limit for outside pool and patio activities was enforced. The bathroom was very clean, which is nice.

It's not big a deal, but the gated entrance at the side next to the elevator isn't particularly inviting and the gate feels more "prison" than residential gate-like. Breakfast was the usual medium-rate hotel fare, but the sausage my husband had was particularly bland. Most importantly, the coffee was HIDEOUS. I've had weak coffee but why bother? TV offerings seem to be getting worse over time. Not unique to this establishment, sadly.

Staff was super sweet, check-in was a breeze. The room was awesome, clean and very spacious. Comfortable bed, ample shower/bath space. I especially loved the small seating coach and coffee table area and small kitchenette. Our next morning, we went down to breakfast and they had such a variety that we were shocked that it was included in the price of our room! We were so happy, we will definitely be booking with Best Western again.

Not quite much dislikes we remember. More pillows on the bed maybe?

The beds were comfy and the room clean (although had a strong populist smell that was hard on our allergies so that was definitely a bummer). And all the employees were very friendly and hospitable. They smiled non stop and were always seen hustling doing some aspect of their job. And the breakfast was so good! With a sold out hotel full of soccer families they did an incredible job keeping the food stocked and us happy. Oh and a bbq to grill dinner was a major plus! We will definitely stay here next year!

Strong smell in the room of a cleaner or something. Too much

Convenient in-room microwave and island, hearty breakfast with burger patties, and a 10-minute drive to Chinese dining areas.

The hotel layout is a bit complex and took some time to find the room, but it allows convenient parking near the room, which is a plus. The bathroom floor becomes extremely slippery when wet, posing a safety hazard for bare feet. Please address this issue to prevent potential injuries.

The breakfast was excellent. We ate out on the patio as it was a beautiful day.

Very, very low water pressure in shower. Had a hard time rinsing off all the soap in my hair. The bathroom is poorly designed; the tile got very wet due to the shower curtain not effectively preventing water from coming out of the shower; as a result of the tile being very wet the tiles were very slippery. We had to lay towels down on the wet floor to prevent us from slipping and falling. Patio is beautiful; however, the chairs scraping against the slate on the patio was very disturbing, especially when people were out eating breakfast very early in the morning while we were still sleeping.

location was convenient for me with restaurants nearby. I loved the bathtub in the handicap room !

I was satisfied with all aspects of one problem I called and ordered dinner but after 45 minutes they called back as something happened and couldn't fulfill order . it was a long wait for dinner that night

Everything was comfortable during our trip, shower in the room is amazing one of the best showers. Breakfast is amazing, many food options to eat and choose from. In the middle of many places/fast food to eat when you have you're late night cravings

I didn't like the Muffin at breakfast but other than that it exceptional

It was a delicious breakfast with a friendly employee making pancakes. We liked this place.

They don't clean the room, make beds or remove trash until you leave. We stayed 3 days and had to do it ourselves.
